The stairs to apartment. Also the extra drive for keys in an unknown car and area at 11pm after long flights were a challenge and then to make beds up at the end was a challenge also with big cockroaches 🪳 running around and trying to get them so you could sleep easily was a nightmare.

Location was great

No Air Con, listing details need to state no air con, listing also had more incorrect details such as parking. Dishes were dirty in the draw, food still on plates. Bath tub extremely slippery, this is obviously known as there is a hand rail but it's too far away for short people. I slipped when getting into bath and have a huge bruise. Agents continued to get my email address wrong and when questioning it they just stopped replying and I missed out on lots of pre stay info, got sorted when collecting keys. Stayed during a heatwave to find out no air con, poor 2 year did not cope, no refund/cancelation, no empathy for such a young child and no solutions offered and didn't seem to care that listing is deceitful just blamed booking.com for "how they list things" and booking.coms "rules around what can and can't be listed"

The place was awesome couldn't really fault it...The view was fabulous and the sea breeze was so good can't wait to come back. A sort work to the beach and shops.

The fans in the bedrooms where to slow and the beds were ok

The amount of excellent little specialties within the apartment was outstanding; such as air fryer, plenty of crockery and cutlery, bowls, platters, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Notes to explain the use and information within the apartment. Friendly permanent resident's. The beautiful view across the street. Very clean and tidy. BBQ on the balcony. Even though we have indicated our complaints below we still enjoyed our holiday immensely and the owner is very thoughtful in making her apartment pleasant for her guests. Thank you.

The external part of the building was being painted when we arrived and continued as we departed. At no point were we informed by the agent that there would be an inconvenience to us. The smell was very strong & made it difficult to breath when climbing the stairs. Painters were often blocking the driveway. There was no information regarding no lift available or that it was a top floor apartment. Quite difficult for us to hike up all the stairs as we have physical disability's. The garages are very small and not easy to access as the driveway is very narrow. The pool area is not very appealing really. It wasn't a big issue for us as it was too cold to swim anyway.

The unit had everything I needed and more

The front door was broken and kept slamming. This could be very dangerous for kids as some teenagers nearly got their fingers caught.
