The layout of our apartment was wonderful. Loved the morning sunshine on our balcony.

Needs some refurbishment. The kitchen could do with a bit of a fix up cupboards banged up. The air conditioning unit being in the bedroom didn’t really work for the main sitting area. Lighting needs to be updated and the couch in the lounge area needs replacing not good for backs.

Close to all amenities, very quiet, easy access, off street parking, very friendly staff, lovely big balcony

Lighting was very harsh, a lamp in lounge area would be good at night. Stove took a long time to heat/cook anything

Best location, facilities and so clean! Would definitely stay again. The kids and I were sad to leave

The lounge/kitchen was large and well-furnished, comfortable king bed, an excellent shower over the bath, quiet & efficient a/c in the lounge. Friendly staff, good security, convenient underground parking. In a great location only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront, and five minutes walk from the main shopping street. I only stayed for a couple of nights, but I would stay here again for a longer period.

The safe provided in the room is tiny - too small for a tablet, let alone a laptop - they should consider investing in laptop compatible safes! The narrow view of the beach from the second floor at the back was mostly blocked by a tree.

Staff were most friendly and helpful 😃 Location from beach and restaurants, especially 'The Cellar'next door downstairs, couldn't fault the service,the food or the atmosphere. View from big, breezy balcony across to the water🌞 Lots of space.

Little bit noisy from back of restaurant upstairs and traffic, rubbish trucks,so had to shut balcony doors,not noisy from other rooms though. Parking is tight.

Close proximity to water and cafes and restaurants - very clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t really write any fault about this property other than we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything possible things and want is literally outside your doorstep. Property is excellent……clean and very roomy and staff are always friendly and helpful with every guest. We look to coming back hopefully sooner than later. Thanks Belaire

The property was very close to all the convenances you need for a relaxing holiday. Quite area, very close to a patrolled beach, restaurants and shops. Big size bedroom and living areas with a balcony. Clean, well serviced and free undercover parking. Supportive staff.

The convenience of being so close to the beach and the main street, restaurants and cafes close by, Having your own well equipped kitchen, the space in the apartment made it a very comfortable stay. Having a teenage son, was a great location for him with everything in walking distance for him to do The staff were very friendly and welcoming, happy to provide helpful information, and were not intrusive, will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect with myriad food and beverage options within walking distance, including coffee joints for you first thing. The Pastry Lab for coffee and California Tacos for dinner are both recommended. Don't bother with Drift Bar. Car spaces were big enough and was free, and the balcony was also used almost every day.

It can get a little noisy if you are overlooking the Rumba Resort pool during the day in busy season. Also, the aromas from the Indian restaurant down stairs tends to waft inside even with the AC on, which might polarise some guests. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and lounge make random noises which are disruptive when trying to sleep. No washer/dryer in the apartment like some competitors, with a coin operated laundry option offered.
