The home had lots of comfortable seating, great kitchen and great location, comfortable beds. The management was helpful and tried to solve any problems.

A very clean and cozy place to stay! The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and having a washer/dryer was clutch for a trip with a toddler and baby. You can hear the upstairs neighbors at times, but it didn’t really bother us for the most part. Very close to downtown and the park! Overall, we lucked out with this spot, especially for the price. Thanks so much for having us!

First impressions of this property were great, clean upon initially getting into the unit and appeared to have anything we should need. Parking permits are required for this property and we could not locate the permits anywhere in the rental. When we reached out to the support line, they “created a ticket” for the local service team to remedy the issue but in the meantime we needed to create our own permit and place it on the dash of our vehicles. Nothing like feeling your constantly at risk of having your vehicle towed while on vacation with littles. We heard nothing more from the local team in regard to any parking permit throughout our stay. Our first morning we discovered there was no coffee or complimentary anything outside of dish soap, shampoo, conditioner. I wouldn’t expect a fully stocked pantry or fridge or anything, but felt coffee would be one small thing to have, if even left over from previous renters, that would make for great experience or thoughtful touch. This first morning we also found one ant in the carpet in the living room, just one. We looked around a bit expecting that if there’s one ant there is probably more but didn’t see any that day. Fast forward to the next morning and there was an abundance of ants in the kitchen/dining room. We again reached out to the support line and they again “created a ticket” for the local team to address the issue after we were requested to send photo proof. We still have not heard back and departed the unit a day early

This place was clean but has ants. I stayed here twice, once in March for a few weeks and for a few weeks in November for work. Both times ants knew I was there and would flock to a plate left on the counter for any amount of time so clean up ASAP
Besides that gripe the place is nice. My favorite feature is hanging out with friends when each of you has a recliner.

2nd year in a row, Hot Tub "out of order", and pool closed for at least 1 day during the stay. Also had kitchen sink leak (repaired by maintenance next day), after repair, disposal no longer worked.

We have stayed at Park Pointe condos on numerous occasions, we really like the location-close to town.
This is the first time in a ground floor unit, so a little noisy from time to time, but not terrible.
The unit was nice, with comfortable beds and cable TVs that allowed us to watch our Mariners!
No complaints, would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. The inside of the condo was very cozy. Unfortunately, there were thousand and thousands of little bugs outside the sliding door and in the pool and hot tub. Tiny little worm like bugs were crawling all over our bodies every time we came inside that we had to shower ourselves off, and give our kids a bath. They were on our towels and we couldn’t even sit outside. I’m not sure if it was just the weather or what at the time, but we would not go back strictly for this reason. Also, there were people smoking in the condo above us and up all night. We could hear them in our room and it was hard to sleep

Very comfortable. We appreciated two bathrooms, beds were comfortable, and living room furniture was excellent. The doors were squeaky and we would have liked some coffee pods for the Keurig, but overall a wonderful stay!

My husband and I brought my mother from the westside of WA to the eastside, where my MIL lives. This was the perfect place for us to get together and relax and enjoy each other's company. This condo had everything we could have asked for and was very inviting! Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and furniture, as well as gorgeous updates throughout. (We all want a walk-in shower now too!)💜

Happy but not satisfied
We stayed 4 nights. The place was clean, warm and comfortable. Management was quick to respond to any emails/questions I had. We were there the first week in December (it was very slow). I requested a 30 minute extension on our stay and was told no. I get it if it was summer but it wasn't. That small act of customer service would have gone a long way with me.

Awesome, clean, great for little kids
We were here two nights and this was perfect. Put our 5 y/o in one bedroom, and our 2 y/o in a pack and play in master bathroom and used the other bathroom after she went down and it was easy peasy. Super clean, nice, had games, pool and hot tub were awesome. Great location. Highly recommend.
