Good value

Some elements seemed a little worn. Lack of ice. Smelled a little musty.

Older hotel that is still nice. Rooms have a small frig and microwave. Fairly quiet. Great price. They do take pets, although I didn't have one.

Toilet was loose (but not leaking), and one light didn't work.

The building was outdated, and they filled the pool in. The thing that I feel is unacceptable the ice machines were turned off, and they wanted you to get ice at the front counter. The problem is at 6:30 am there wasn't anyone there.

Not gonna lie for how low the price was and mixed reviews I was expecting something sketchy, but it was great. Easy check in, room was clean, no signs of bugs, heater wasn’t on but room warmed up quickly, and again the price was great. No breakfast but not a big deal there was a 24/7 gas station up the road with donuts and all the energy drinks I needed. Will absolutely stay here again if I pick up a shift around Pratt again.

Was confused by the water temp at first, it was backwards. Not a big deal once I figured it out though!

Convenient location and that is about all I can say

They have no urgency to take care of issues the electric in the bathroom. The lights in the fan went out. It was still out when I left I had to put a lamp from the desk to be able to see in the bathroom.

Very quiet, friendly, and away from town some. Perfect!!

The staff are super friendly and try to help. Rooms are massive. There are games, a pool table in common area and they sell drinks.

I want to be fair, this place does not deserve 8.5. Maybe 5 years ago it did but not today. It is a very old hotel, that used to be good at some point. Today the wall paper is falling off, a lot of bend or broken things. Dirty everything and shabby. My first room had a dead roach in the fridge and bugs, I suppose lice, we’re having a field day on the pillows. The lady on the desk gave me a new room. This one did not have any bugs in, but was also old and dirty. The only reason I gave it a 5 is because it has potential to be a good hotel, big rooms, furniture is there and staff are actually nice. They ether need to close down and renovate or have a smaller hotel so they would be able to clean all the rooms well. A price of ~40$ is actually the right price at the moment but if they improve they could easily charge up to 90$ per night

Only thing I missed was coffee in the morning but I was happy that it was a family owned business
