Good size of the apartment, well equipped and clean, very comfortable bed, amazing view from the window ( SEA ), very close to the beach. Pubs and restaurants about 10 min walk.

Great flat, clean, comfortable and centrally located with fantastic views . The flat was well equipped and had parking. Great place to stay
The only negative was the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on

We just want to emphasize how patient and responsive the owner/management company was when we needed technical and other support for issues beyond their control. A friendly maintenance guy was there (twice) almost before we hung up the phone.
It's great that the train station is so close. Also close is the small bus station with buses for Penzance, tours etc.
It's only a short walk down a hill and some stairs into town. (It's steep coming back up!)
The directions on the Web Site and the Googlemaps Street View take you to the back of the building, where there is no entrance. The actual entrance is a left turn at the top of a short hill that is on the right before you reach the property's rear, as you come up from the station. We arrived late at night, and we were "lost" for a while until we called the owner who explained the situation.

This is an amazing property and would book it again. It was like relocating my flat to an ideal place in the world. It is located it St Ives, Cornwall so be prepared to navigate some steep inclines. A factor in its ability to maintain old world charm and intimacy. One of my top experiences in travels.
I called the contact number for the agency responsible for the property, twice, the morning of my arrival, while still in London, as I had not been provided the check in procedures as promised in previous emails. On my arrival in St Ives I contacted the office again. The individual I spoke to was somewhat patronizing and inquired if I had checked my email that morning. I had in fact checked, before and after I made the calls while still in London and "No check-in procedures had been provided at that time. People travel from different time zones and have different technology capabilities (carriers) while traveling. Notification for check in procedures should be provided in advance not the day of. This unit was paid for on the date of the booking well in advance of my arrival.

Beautiful view from the window. Really lovely flat with a comfy bedroom, nice bathroom and a great kitchen/dining/living room.
Brilliant communication before and during our stay. Easy to follow instructions.
The welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits was a sweet touch and very much appreciated.
Amazing location above Porthminster Beach.

Parking is available which is great, but it's a veeeeery tight space in a small car park.
Access to the flat is up some stairs and then down some stairs which was an effort as we had our baby and buggy with us.
The flat was clean, but could have been cleaner. There were hairs under/around the sofa and it didn't have that just-cleaned smell when we arrived (although I'm sure it had been!).

The car parking for the flats was quiet when we stayed, the spaces are very tight so I imagine it could be trickier to park in popular months

Beautiful spot overlooking Porthminster beach and the GWR line, well laid out apartment and to a high standard.
Parking is included which is welcome however the upper car park is poorly designed at angles and the spaces are very tight especially as most cars are larger these days, takes some manoeuvring to park.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views, very bright, cheerful and spacious. Lots of little extras, everything you need, a home from home. Have already recommended this property and would love to visit again.
