Located in a very strategic point. Privacy is very well respected. All facilities were properly functioning. It's one of the places where you feel home.

Mario was super amazing, responsive and accommodating. He was helpful in helping me navigate the city and where to go and visit as well as just getting around. The place was very central to a lot of amenities, but great for me as I was able to experience cultural diversity the city brings. Easy to get around quickly with cabs everywhere. As for my room, it was big and I had my own bathroom and toilet with working WiFi. Mario also got me a table as I had a couple days working there so I was comfortable in my room or in the communal area. Just great all round.

I knew what I was expecting so I can't say there was something I didn't like per-se. Given it was my first time, I just tried to experience as much as possible.

On-site staff were welcoming and accommodating. They ensured that I made it to their home safely and helped me secure an early morning transfer to the ferry.

Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious room and facilities. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. LOVED the hand held bidet in the bathroom. Convenient location with stores and a restaurant downstairs. 10 minutes to the airport. Helpful staff. Mario made sure I had everything I needed and arranged my ride to the airport.

I was given a phone number to call in case I had any questions but they never answered phone calls. WhatsApp messages worked better.

I liked the fact that it was a very cosy and well decorated apartment with a few rooms with a nice ample kitchen, nice spacious living room where you could eat and relax. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout.

The place is situated at a very busy junction in Praia. You can feel the hustle and bustle of the city in here as there is lots of surrounding noise coming from the traffic. But for a couple of nights it is the perfect option.

It's clean and comfortable, for a good price. I recommend the airport pickup as otherwise it's hard to find (taxi drivers don't know it).

Only thing missing in the room is a mirror. It's not in the center (or 'Plateau') but you have to get around mostly by taxi anyways. We didn't actually see Mario until we had to pay but it was easy enough communicating with him via Whatsapp.

Very good location, a bit off centre but close to a fresh market and at least two really good restaurants. Mario, the host was more than happy to help with those, as well as to give sight seeing advice. Thanks a lot, Mario, hope that all goes the way you want it!

The walls are really tin so you'll hear every movement of other guests outside but that's ok, you don't go on a vacation to sleep super long. Also the price they charge to pick up for the airport is extremely high considering the regular price but that is also ok considering all the positive things.

Nice location. Not in the touristy part, but still only 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes with a taxi from the city center. Clean room. The Aluguer stop is right Infront of the house.

The room is facing the relatively busy street, therefore it is too loud to sleep with open windows and to hot with a closed.

The apartment is newly renovated, very modern and clean, offering a supreme local ambiance. Location is very good, about 15 minutes walk to city center or beach area. Mario is so helpful, ready to answer all the questions and satisfy every need during the stay and to visit Praia as well. If not in the weekend, there's a chance that other rooms are not occupied, and you definitely have the entire apartment only to yourself, really liked the coffee place in the kitchen (the kitchen is definitely marvelous by the way). Last but not least, Mario is so so handsome and cute!

The apartment is right next to the big street and a gas station, so if you are very sensitive to outside noise, should be careful.

Honest price, comfortable and clean accommodations, and great management. Mario was always on top with my last minutes requests and questions. Towels and bedsheets are clean. The kitchen has all the supplies you need in case you want to cook. Good place if you are on a working trip and need an affordable place to crash and still have comfort.

The owner (Mario) speaks very good English and he was friendly and very helpful. He gave us lots of information! The apartment was comfortable, close to bakery, shops and restaurants. Location was good - close to Platô and the beaches Prainha.

It was quite hard to find the location of apartment.

Its close to restaurants and shops, very spacious and comfortable. The staff are great and Mario, who I was in contact with had time for and problems we had. Also the free wifi was a great advantage to the place.

There is nothing to dislike about the apartment or the staff.
