Alles auf den ersten Blick neu und schick aber wenn man genauer hinschaut sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Empfangsdame kam uns ganz schön genervt rüber. Gym auch besser dargestellt als es ist

The location of the hotel is good, walking distance to Plateau and the beach. The pool was a big plus and breakfast was very good with enough options.
After entering the room we missed towels and toiletpaper. The shower drain did not drain properly so a lot of water remained in the shower tray. It almost overflowed. Towels for the pool would have been nice. Communication was difficult sometimes since not all personnel speaks English.

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt in leuk restaurant met mooi vergezicht. Heerlijk grote suitekamer. Super goed bed.
Het poetsteam heeft dagelijks telkens zeer goed werk verricht.
We vroegen een stille/rustige kamer en kregen een kamer aan de voorzijde/straatzijde met best veel geluidshinder. Men kon geen stiller alternatief aanbieden. Kamer op de derde verdieping en geen lift ter beschikking. Restaurant op de vierde verdieping en geen lift ter beschikking. Receptie op de eerste verdieping...

Ubicación correcta y es bastante nuevo.
No correspondía la foto de la habitación con la realidad ,tenía una doble premium con ventanal y nos dieron una con una ventana pequeña que daba al interior, al quejarme me dijeron que no se podía hacer nada, que la foto estaba mal…no hicieron ni caso. Solamente hay un restaurante , no hay posibilidad de comer un sandwich o algún snack . Desayuno poco variado, vi gente comiendo cosas que no estaban en el buffet y nadie nos ofreció…No te ofrecen ni un vaso de agua, he estado en tres hoteles en estas islas y es el único que no ofrece nada de nada…No volveré, repetiría otros sin dudarlo…este no .

huge room, tastefully done. very comfy bed. nice views. wonderfully helpful staff on reception, helped us get a last minute restaurant reservation even though they were full and assured us with guides for other islands. a real credit to the hotel
pool area needed a bar, as you had to go downstairs every time you wanted a drink BUT I think they are planning on opening one

Lovely location, nice view over the bay and just a short walk to a some of the best beaches in Praia. Rooftop pool was great!
The restaurant could have been better, we ate there on the first night after a long flight in and whilst the food was good a lot of the dishes we originally wanted to eat weren't available, also the replen at breakfast could be a little slow. Minor details though as overall I'd definitely recommend, so much so we extended our stay a few nights.

After a 8h flight we arrived at night at the hotel.
after 15min wait we were given a card and a room number.
We were surprised to find a naked man in the room.
we had to wait another 30min-45min before they gave us another room.
the whole time we were standing because the hotel hall was the center of a film shooting.
at some point we were even told to be quiet.
We had a week planned in Praia and Perola was the first choice. Needless to say we didn't stay there. we were gone in the morning

The hotel is brand new and they are still renovating one wing, but it is really fantastic and best bed I have ever slept in! Location is great, amazing view from the rooftop and very kind staff.
The only downside is that, if you are vegetarian, restaurant menu at dinner is not very inclusive. But you will have problems a bit everywhere in Praia ;)
