Compramos este hermoso condominio frente al mar para ser nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Solo queríamos lo mejor, por eso elegimos Aqua. Esta unidad del octavo piso tiene una altura perfecta y es ideal para ver delfines mientras nadan a través del golfo. También hemos reservado 2 sillas de playa acolchadas con sombrilla que son GRATUITAS para nuestros huéspedes (del 15 de marzo al 31 de octubre).
Al entrar en el hermoso vestíbulo, encontrará cascadas que conducen a 2 fabulosas piscinas al aire libre; 1 piscina es una piscina climatizada cubierta / descubierta (en temporada). Las 2 piscinas frente al mar están rodeadas de palmeras y exuberantes paisajes tropicales. Disfrute de una bebida refrescante o un refrigerio maravilloso en el Tiki Bar junto a la piscina (2 televisores de pantalla plana en esta área).
Hay una fantástica sala de ejercicios con vista al océano. Y no se olvide de la sauna / sala de vapor y la gran bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse. Aqua también tiene 2 agradables y limpias parrillas a gas Holland que se encuentran junto a la piscina, 6 ascensores (2 en el estacionamiento / 4 en el edificio principal) y WiFi (acceso inalámbrico a Internet).
Disfrute del verdadero lujo en nuestro condominio de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños que ofrece una cocina completamente equipada con encimeras de granito, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, microondas, tostadora y cafetera. Esta unidad también incluye una lavadora y secadora estándar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño principal grande con bañera de jardín enorme y ducha separada con mampara de vidrio con tocador doble.
La ocupación máxima es de seis adultos y dos niños.
Los otros 2 dormitorios tienen camas queen. The location was excellent with all things fun in walking distance. The condominium was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all things we needed to cook. And even with the smallest issue our host went above and beyond to fix it. We enjoyed it.

The condo and the entire complex were outstanding!! We had plenty of towels, the furnishings were beautiful, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need. Everything was in great working order. The owners are fantastic and so welcoming . Aqua 809 is a very special place, and we loved the spaciousness of the unit!! We would love to return year after year!!

This property was perfect for us. We had a difficult time finding a layout that worked for us as we were 3 adult couples and one infant. This property had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was overall a decent size. The bed in the master was a king sleep number. After staying there a week, my husband says we a buying one for home! We we so pleased that we are booking again for next year!

This was our first time traveling to the Gulf side of Florida and it will not be our last! The condo, beach, and ocean were all perfect and exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed and was clean, organized, and the perfect size for us. From booking, to checking in, to checking out, everything was smooth and easy. The included beach service was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful vacation home!

We brought our two teenage daughters and they both brought friends. This location was PERFECT! Walking distance to anywhere you want to go!
The check-in process was super easy! Perfect set up and had everything you needed! The owners were always available by phone if we had any questions! We had one maintenance issue but the owners had it taken care of right away!
Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

The condo was spacious and had nice furniture. All appliances were were functioning well. We had a blast and loved the condo. Only a couple of things we would recommend to the owner and guests. The headboards and footboards were quite dusty. Cleaning crew needs pay more attention to this. If you’re coming to stay I would recommend bringing your pillows from home. I had to go to Target and buy my wife and I a pillow. No way we could’ve slept for a week on the pillows that were there. Elevators work great. The restaurants and pools were awesome. Remember the west pool has a restaurant inside the 1st floor building with plenty of different choices. Their chicken salad sandwich was awesome.

We had a great time! Plenty of room for all 9 of us-3bathrooms was perfect! Was busy during the 4th celebrations but was able to see a fantastic show from our balcony of the Pier Park fireworks! Beach was a little crowded for our liking but water was beautiful! Overall a wonderful family vacation! Would stay again!

Aqua has been our home away from home for over 15 years. They keep the grounds and all common areas clean, maintained, and up to date. We’ve stayed in many condos throughout the years, but always come back to 809. It’s simply the best! Michael makes each stay better than the last! The condo is always extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Stay here once and you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!

My family and I loved our stay at Aqua 809! We would’ve stayed forever if we could. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was also very clean, which was very comforting for a clean freak such as myself. I spent a lot of time searching places and I’m so thankful I found this one! We will definitely be back again!

This condo was beautiful and clean! Michael responded to us within minutes to answer questions throughout our stay. The Aqua is so convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping that we never had to sit in traffic during the busy Memorial Day weekend. The beach was beautiful. It was a bit competitive to set up a tent on the beach as most of it is taken over by rentals, but it would not deter us from staying again! Loved it!

This condo had everything we needed for a week long vacation. Kitchen is well stocked. We had several meals in the unit and always had an abundance of plates, silverware, etc.
The bedroom layouts are fantastic for 3 couples, as they all had either King or Queen beds. This is hard to find as typically one room will have twin beds or 2 doubles. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We had 2 babies with us, so rented cribs from babyquip. They delivered, set up and picked up. Service from them was great. Plenty of room in each bedroom for the crib.
There balcony has plenty of room, comfortable seating for reading, having lunch or just enjoying the incredible ocean view.
We used the community grill three times while we were there and each time the grates and cooking areas were completely clean. The staff at this resort do a great job keeping things nice, and they are super friendly.
This unit includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental, and the chairs are reserved for you each day. This is a true bonus to avoid the 'saving' chairs at the crack of dawn fiasco at many resorts. The beaches are clean, great for long walks.
We will definitely stay here again when we return to PCB!

We loved our week at 809 and Michael was awesome. He responded to all inquiries immediately. We had an issue with the access code and the refrigerator and he responded within a couple minutes both times. The location was perfect - so much to do in walking distance. Condo was so beautiful and clean. My only issue was access codes to beach/garage were not correct, but we were with a group so we were able to figure it out. We will be back!

We had a great first trip to PCB! The condo was absolutely stunning and the floor plan was perfect for our family of 4. It was refreshing to stay in a beach property that had beautiful, modern interiors. The condo was spotless, the kitchen was well-appointed, and everything about our stay was easy and stress-free. It was everything a trip to the beach should be. Would 100% recommend this condo, and the Aqua Resort to any friends and family visiting PCB.

The moment we walked into the condo we knew we were in piece of heaven ! Spectacular gulf views every day , no matter what the weather. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed and love that there were Kuerig and Cuisenart options for coffee. Bedrooms were super comfortable; each with a tv and cable.
It was so great to have a heated indoor pool and hot tub on property- and two nice grills which we used.
Communication with owners was excellent. Directions ahead of time for parking, carts for luggage and condo access really helped the check in process. Also very much appreciated the Cable directions for tv.
Location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, and jump off for great sightseeing from Mexico Beach to Grayton State Park with a “must stop”at the Donut Hole. We loved the location of 809; the west end of Aqua provided quiet and privacy. We even saw dolphins!
So so so hard to leave. We will be back !

This condo is all that anyone could ask for! It was ultra-clean, super-comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The condo appears to be professionally decorated (it's "just right" -- not too fancy and not too casual) and the overall vibe is on-trend beachy casual. We especially liked the open floorplan that was perfect for spontaneous gathering. Kitchen is extremely well equipped (I LOVED the blender for morning smoothies) with everything needed and more! Bedding was high-quality linen and more than enough towels, etc. We chose this condo because it offered 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us to have privacy plus gathering spaces when desired. Two bedrooms (1 king/1 queen) were en suite and third bedroom (1 queen) used hallway bathroom. All four TVs have streaming apps and about 100 cable channels! That was great for us because we came for R&R and to celebrate various important life events. The check-in was easy-peasy, all codes worked as expected, and even the parking pass system was a breeze. Our hosts left a nice "welcome" basket with a few k-cup pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and a warm "welcome" note! So thoughtful! We are already planning our next stay at this property during the hot-weather season so we can include beach time! Just call us "Happy Campers" who were happy to stay in Unit 809 at Aqua!!

Excellent location and the place was beautiful. Parking was easy. Pools were very nice. If I HAD to complain about anything, it would be the size of the balcony. But we would definitely rent there again.

We have stayed in PCB many years but this was my first time at Aqua and 809 did not disappoint. Your condo was so clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. I stayed in one of the back bedrooms and loved it! The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were great for sleeping in. I appreciated the small additions like extra towels, blanket, fan and kitchen items. The condo was huge and was more than enough room for our trip. The balcony was spacious and we watched dolphins every morning. The pools were great even though they could use a good cleaning around the edges. We spent a lot of time there. The location is perfect. We walked to most all of the restaurants and shops.
The only thing I was disappointed in has nothing to do with the condo but the access to the beach. The deck to the beach has steps to the beach at the bottom that makes it very hard to take a beach wagon down and back up. I saw a few older people have difficulty getting down the steps too.
Overall I LOVED this condo and would stay here every trip to PCB!
p.s. I loved the artwork over the couch and spent quite a bit of time looking at it.
