Lo único positivo del alojamiento es la ubicación al lado de la estación de tren para hacer el recorrido de Cinque Terre.

Instalaciones que dejan mucho que desear. La habitación estaba limpia eso sí, y de tamaño no estaba mal, pero el baño tenía una ducha enana, se caía el mango de la ducha, se agotaba el agua caliente con solo una ducha ( no podíamos ducharnos dos personas). Mucho ruido por la noche del calentador de agua.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il servizio pulizie giornaliero non fosse garantito dalla struttura se non a pagamento, mai successo in altre strutture... questo è un servizio che andrebbe migliorato, per garantire pulizia della camera e del bagno e pattumiere vuote durante tutto il soggiorno... siamo arrivati il martedì e andati via la domenica... l'unico giorno di riordino è stato solo il venerdì! inoltre appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli nel cassetto del phon e la signora delle pulizie è entrata in camera solo per ripulire il cassetto il giorno dopo. Abbiamo pagato tanto e sotto questo punto di vista ci aspettavamo di più

Perfect location near to train station. Staff was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Room very nice and clean.

Bathroom wet area very smsll

The location was perfect..so close to the train station. The communication by phone/Whats App was excellent..very responsive The room was very comfortable.

The fellow who greeted us there was in a huge hurry..didn't explain very much as he appeared to be in a hurry. The shower was very tiny..we fit but an obese person would have problems. No coffee or tea and no microwave. Refrigerator did not keep cold.

cozy room very convenient with easy 2min walk to the train station, great location for exploring Cinque Terre by train, also just a short walk into La Spezia centre with all its restaurants, cafès and attractions / the friendly helpfull host welcomes you / the nice room offers everything you need, Grazie mille

Great location, right next to the train station, perfect for traveling to Cinque Terre and also pretty good for visiting/eating in La Spezia. Clean and spacious room.

We only stayed for 3 days, but it would've been nice to have the room cleaned/tea replaced and so on, also coffee would also be a great addition, but I'm just nitpicking.
