My wife and I arrived about 45 minutes early and contacted Dan (property manager) for early check in. Dan was actually on site for the turnover inspection so we had the opportunity to speak with him briefly in person before taking occupancy and found him to be very professional, personable, and proactive.
The unit is as described in the listing and we could not have been more pleased! You are literally right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for! All of the odds/ends needed for our stay were covered including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Shops, entertainment, restaurants, and bars both on the strip and beach are only are only a short walk away. We had a very enjoyable seamless vacation while staying at this unit and will certainly be returning in the future!

We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and visit family that lives there! The condo location is excellent. Quiet beach but you can walk anywhere, we didn't have a car. Love the sunset views and place was super clean. Place was also very quiet and the bed super comfy. Great place!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and feels very homey and welcoming. It lacks for absolutely nothing. Dan the property manager was incredible to work with. There is a luggage rack for unloading your car, to the elevator to the condo. You feel very safe and secure so you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful beach view from the deck. Not to mention the great view of the beautiful sunset every evening. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. We hope to return to this condo again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

This property was a dream.
Walk into the 2nd story condo and you're greeting with the beautiful, almost blinding view of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf. That view will be an indelible memory for my wife and I forever. We spent every evening watching the sunset from there.
The condo it nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. Coming from a 4-day stay at Universal Studios with a 16- and 19-year old, we were ready for some spreading out. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need (we did prepare dinner 1 night during our stay).
Property manager was prompt in his communication when an issue arose (something on our side, not the property side). Could have asked for better scenario.
We walked up and down Mandalay, even down to Pier 60. It's pretty hectic that direction. This property is nestled in a quieter part with quaint beach houses and the like. If hustle and bustle isn't your thing, this is the location for you.
Pro Tips: Order some Alba Pizza and definitely get to the Shipwreck for a nightcap.

This was our first vacation rental. We have always stayed at hotels. A friend of mine recommended this website, and we wanted to try it out.
I am glad we did! Because it was nothing like any vacation we've had before. We have so much space, a bed for everyone in this gorgeous unit. It's everything you see in the pictures and more. Direct access to the beach was unreal.
I highly recommend this unit to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach. Communication with Dan was so easy and he provided quick responses to all of our questions prior to and during our stay. From walking into the unit, we felt right at home. We were greeted with 4 cold waters in the fridge which doesnt sound like much but was greatly appreciated after arrival from the airport.
The unit is very well kept and provides all of the amenities a family could ask for from appliances, beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs/umbrella. The view is beautiful from the balcony or living room and the sunsets are amazing!!
All restaurants, activities, and groceries are within a very short distace and we enjoyed the great seafood provided at the restaurants that Dan had recommended to us. We also enjoyed a night with our daughters on the Calypso Queen dinner cruise. It is so nice when your college age kids still enjoy a trip with their parents!! So glad we found this property!!

This is my fourth year coming to this beachfront condo in Clearwater, FL. I absolutely love it here! Located in north Clearwater, this property is close to all that Clearwater beach has to offer including shopping and casual dining. However, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the pier area that you feel like a local with your own private beach. The condo is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities for a restful vacation. The property provides beach gear including chairs, towels and an umbrella. I cannot imagine a better place to relax and unwind! Highly recommend!

The property and location are great.
The host was very available and quick to help out. However, some of the included items were very cheap. We were provided store brand paper towels and toilet paper. The provided beach umbrella blew apart easily, and the coffee pot is on its last leg. This was my first property rental, so perhaps I should have known to bring some of these items but for the price per night I expected a little better.

We loved the condo! It was a great location right on the beach. We could walk or ride bikes everywhere. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding overall experience!
Unit was clean and spacious for my wife/me and two teens. Lay-out was very nice. Teen BR at front of unit with master BR at back for easy morning access to balcony. Unit was well-appointed (coffee maker, blender, microwave, washer/dryer, much storage/hooks) and furniture was nice/good condition. (Bed in master BR was exceptionally comfortable.) Very nice touch to already provide dishwashing supplies and laundry detergent.
View of beach/ocean from balcony was excellent and balcony chairs/table made for great morning coffee and afternoon beverages. Morning shade with afternoon sun/sunset.
Very convenient access to beach with beach equipment provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floating noodles).
Only 10-minute walk to downtown area. Didn't need to use car except for groceries and excursions to Busch Gardens & Tampa mall.
Easy check-in/check-out and Dan (property manager) was accessible, responsive and unintrusive.
Overall, one of our best vacations!

We loved being on the beach and the condo was very nice. Maybe a little updating but nothing that hindered our stay at all. Dan was very responsive and very easy to work with. We are looking to stay at same location next year.

The owner and manager did everything to insure a stress-free and hassle-free vacation. Condo was very clean and had coffee, coffee filters, soap, extra towels and in short everything you could ask for. Would highly recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s far enough away from downtown that it’s quiet but also close enough to walk to. This is a perfect spot for people that love to get walks in on their vacations! Also, the spread of beach was beautiful in front of the condo and the sunsets from the balcony were absolutely stunning. We will definitely be returning. 100% recommend this place! ❤️

Perfect condo on the beach! Had everything a family would need! It included beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards. We originally had another condo next door but there was a water leak. Dan got us set up in another one before we checked in. Only downside was elevator was not working when we checked in but the condo more than made up for it! Totally recommend!

This property is absolutely gorgeous with a great view. It was very clean and well kept. We had no complaints at all. The property manager had great communication and took time to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

I lived in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area several years ago. I moved away due to family and job opportunities, but I always love to come back and visit the beautiful white sands a Clearwater Beach. The property here is exceptionally clean and the property manager and owner are friendly and provide easy communication. I have been back several times and plan to come back many more. I highly recommend!

We had a great week at this fantastic property. Our stay started over Memorial Day weekend, but you wouldn't have known it because the condo is down a quiet street. The view couldn't be better. Everything in Clearwater Beach is an easy 5-15 minute walk. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation right on the water, I couldn't recommend this location enough. Also, the owner was extremely responsive to any communication.

This condo is direct oceanfront and on the best section of beautiful Clearwater Beach, The condo itself is very clean, well appointed, and the kitchen is well furnished with all accessories you could possibly need, it has nice appliances, and we loved the decor they created throughout the condo! This condo is on the second floor and has a elevator, which was really nice since we are older now and don't navigate stairs particularly well. Also, as you head out the gate to the beach, they have a locker with very nice beach chairs and an umbrella available for their guest, which was a big plus to us since we spend every day at the beach enjoying the beautiful beach scene. I also would urge you to set out on the balcony early in the mornings - it's so beautiful and peaceful, and then return in the evenings and see the most beautiful sunsets you may ever see! All in all, we were very impressed with this property and plan on booking it next time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us and making this a wonderful trip!

Very clean condo with everything you need for a great week at the beach. The neighborhood is eclectic, sandwiched between the hustle and bustle of Clearwater proper and North Beach. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants, stores and good people watching but far away that you can enjoy some peace and quiet.

Condo was neat and very clean. Condo is directly on the beach which provided easy access for long walks on the sugary sand for miles. The only down fall really was there is public walking entrances on both sides of the Condo building that created more people in the outside area but it wasn't noisy. Overall a Relaxing vacation location.
