it’s a good hotel to make a sleepover before chiang mai

no one helped us with our baggage is more like a truck sleepover hotel

Room without kettle and coffee sachet. for make drink.

They don't speak and understand English at all.

Freshly renovated rooms, very nice and clean design with a big terrace. the bathroom is also nice. there is enough parking outside and it’s not too far from everything. we would definitely stay here again.

the shower has quite a low water pressure

rooms aren’t as well presented as shown on the site, bed is typical Thai style = hard.

At night time many insect going to the room and affect to sleeping. Please improve prevention in villa at first floor.

Location miles away from anywhere, gave us the wrong room and didnt have another to give us. Pretty disappointed

Can hear everyone outside room.

The staff were friendly. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Lovely balcony (we were in a villa room). Big bathroom with bath. We were there for one night as was perfect for that.

No restaurant

fast internet, only Thai breakfast but good,

Unfriendly staff at reception, coffee at breakfast is terrible (nescafe), no help from management if there is a problem.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Amazing value. Well furnished. Big screen TV. Excellent shower.

Beds a little hard by European standards. Breakfast ok but limited western food. No milk!

KING - Big room, bed quite comfortable and good atmosphere

Water from shower when it's hot too hot and then when it got cut off it's too cold .. not steady. I had to keep turning the tap all time. Hotel should fix the water system for shower.

Clean room.

No Restaurant no Kitchen, i trust booking.com. Finale i have to find any food outside. I booking Villa and i Thing its a separate House. No. A Standardroom, maybe a little bit bigger.
