everything was great: the strategic position behind Teatro Massimo, less than 5 minutes walk to the typical market del Capo or 10 to Palazzo dei Normani; the carefully chosen furniture; the small details Analia left for us- a bottle of fresh water in the fridge, muffins or coffee grains for our breakfast; the terrace is huge and enjoying a sunset there is simply breathless. the communication with the host was excellent, she was always prompt in replying and very kind. highly recommended!

The Terrace of course!!!!! Once you have survived schlepping all your luggage up the 85 stairs, it gets better each time afterwards. I didn’t use the kitchen much as I ate out all the time. The restaurants and night life around Piazza Quattro Canti is fabulous. Aliana is a great and helpful host.

Wonderful appartment at an ideal location in Palermo. Located right in between the theatre, the capo market and the cathedral, everything is in walking distance! The appartment itself is very cosy, the terrace is very big and great! The host Analia is super friendly; she is always reachable by WhatsApp for info or recommendations. Would recommend this appartment to anyone!

Very nice apartment in convenient place. It definitely deserves 10 points for the beautiful and sunny terrace. Considering that we were travelling to Palermo in February, when weather is sunny but not hot, it was wonderful to enjoy the sun on the terrace as it was sunny and warm there during all day.

One of my basic requirements when I stay in a place is the outdoor area and Terrazza Massimo fulfills that requirement handsomely. The large terrace (with shade available if needed on demand) allowed to be in the city with its sounds and views, but rest and work as well. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all that’s necessary for preparing or putting together meals (the market nearby will provide all you need). Excellent place to stay and enjoy the city. The host is amazing at promptly communicating and helping with logistics.

A warning to tall large travelers: the shower is made for average people, so do not expect to stretch out too much while taking a shower, but the water is warm and abundant and the water pressure is great!

Everything was super, good location, close to down town and shopping area, touristic bus and long term safe parking. 👍 congratulation to Analia , super hospitality!

No issues or concerns

The appartement was wonderful, clean and had good air conditioning. It was furnished tastefully, and stocked with everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful!

The shower could use a new hose and the towel holder was a little loose, but those are extremely minor complaints!
