Excellent personnel and location

The breakfast was great. Homemade granola excellent, the homemade scones were amazing and I’m really not a scone person. Location was great the front porch, very comfortable. Once I parked my car never had to use it again until I left.

The staff was amazing, we felt like friends as soon as we met. They were so helpful and welcoming. Also, the homemade scones at breakfast are a sole reason to return!I also loved the gas fireplace!

The only two things, the mattress was really hard, and it would have been nice to have more than one chair, to sit in and talk, while you’re in the room.

Unfortunately, we needed to leave at 5:00 AM, so we missed what looked like a wonderful breakfast. We loved the Inn, from the moment we walked in and were greeted warmly, to the drinks on the front porch (a highlight;)), to the wonderful restaurant recommendations. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, loved the in-room gas fireplace.

Percect location, in the middle of all the action. Amazing views, quiet, comfortable spot. I enjoyed the friendly staff, guests, was such a experience that I loved. The room was great, clean and enjoyed the great drink from the bar on premises and enjoying them on the porch......relaxing and peaceful.

Can not think of anything I did not enjoy and like. Loved it!

Property location is incredible- right in the heart of PTown. Easy travel and use of the lodging. The staff is absolutely incredible. I don’t know if I’ve experienced a more welcoming and accommodating group in my hundreds of travels. Truly a pleasure to stay here!!

Absolutely nothing.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean.

Great location. The Franklin room isn’t the most spacious, or comfortable room (bed/bedding is a bit sub par). But staff is great, location is great, food was delicious (but would be nice if they offered an egg dish instead of all carb breakfasts).

The Brasswood Inn is so cute and charming and the location is so perfect! It’s very close to everything and there are so many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great when it was over 90 degrees out. They also have their bar keeping liquor license and offered us the first two drinks free which was a great welcome surprise! They are also dog friendly and we had a great time chillen with the pups on the comfortable chairs on the front porch.

Great people, Beautiful property!

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was so good, and the location you COULD NOT beat. So convenient to go anywhere and I like the room I stayed in it had its own private stair way. They let me keep my bag their after checkout while I waited for my ferry to come so I didn't have to haul them around. Overall a good experience

The bathroom was a bit of an issue. The shower was difficult to use because the tub faucet never fully shut off and the shower head didn't have the best pressure. Also the toilet flusher you had to hold to use. Apart from that everything else was great.

Centrally located to everything. Extremely clean wonderful staff. Huge rooms with beautiful comfortable beds. Bonus about this property is it is Dog friendly!

Incredible staff with amazing customer service. This was our first time staying at the Brasswood Inn and will not be our last! Extremely welcoming staff. Liquor license is a huge plus too! Mathew was very nice and took the time to answer out numerous questions. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Bathroom could use some updating.

The location was perfect. You are right in the middle of everything! This is the only place I will stay when returning to P-Town. The owners and staff are great. They are so accommodating! They are the nicest people and really want your stay to be great. The Brasswood Inn is so cozy and the front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and watch the crowd.

Not sure I would say anything could be better. Maybe more space in the room, but then that is part of the reason to stay in a quaint place like the Brasswood Inn.

We liked everything!

Me and husband had a wonderful experience at the Hotel, beginning with the most friendly staff welcoming service. The location is great and we can just walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place and look forward to come back soon!
