The room was nice. the breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel is close to commercial street where all of the shops and restaurants are located.

The rooom could use some fresh paint but we weren't there to just stay in the room so it was no big deal

Breakfast was very good and staff accommodating! Dinner at their lounge was very good. They called for taxi as requested.

lack of ventilation in bathroom was an issue as steam from shower fogged up the mirrors big time… had to wait before processing to do post shower preparations for the day. wood work in bedroom and closet could use touch up paint.

bathroom in room was horrible! tiny, and inefficient. Tub/shower was extremely slippery. My partner slipped and the first day we were there.

Great location, on the beach - at the tip of Cape Cod, and just at the beginning of Commercial Street in Province Town one of the two main streets in P Town. The atmosphere in the hotel is great. Room was comfirtable and parking was ample.

They had several restaurants, but only one open for breakfast and one open for dinner. Both places felt a litle unorganized, so service was slow and uneven. Food quality likewise. The rooms were slightly small. The bathroom was small, and some shelfspaces and hangers for towels were missing.
