Had comfortable sitting area, nice space and quiet. Just what we wanted, close to our daughter's apartment.

We loved staying at Lyla's. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. It is a "basement" apartment but as the house is built into a hill you get full size windows, and a beautiful patio looking out onto the golf course. Very private and quiet with no over head noise at all. You do need a car to get to the shops and restaurants but everything you need is very close. We are looking forward to staying again when we visit Bellevue.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The location was so convenient for our needs, visiting local family in the surrounding area, and celebrating my father-in-law's birthday. The host was kind and gracious, and all the amenities we could have needed were available to us. We appreciated the 'extra special touches' of coffee and tea, as well as heated mattress pad! The place was nicely furnished, and very warm and inviting. The view of the golf course in the back was stunning, with a relaxing water fountain along the back porch! Lyla's place was beautiful would totally stay again when we go back to Seattle.

Lyla was wonderful- she offered to take us to Trader Joe’s to get food. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting outside with our morning coffee - so peaceful! Very quiet neighborhood and never heard Lyla upstairs Great vrbo and we would definitely stay again

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, I felt very welcome there and was able to relax and get some very much needed rest on this journey. The kitchen and other rooms were very well stocked with just about anything you could think of, plenty of extra towels and sheets and blankets. Very accommodating, mostly. The only drawback was the steep gravel slope you had to walk up and down to get in and out of the unit. It does have a good railing to hold onto and it is very well lit at night so there was no problem finding your way. It would have been alright had we not been in the pouring rain dragging a few heavy yet necessary pieces of luggage. Lyla was great and was available if we needed anything. Thank you for the comfortable accommodations!

Nice living area. To access you have to walk along a gravel path down the side yard to the walk out basement. A little hard with suitcases but manageable. The fully furnished and well-stocked living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, & 2 bedrooms were awesome. Nice views of the golf course. Lyla was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This place was everything I needed and exceeded my expectations. The host handed me the keys and showed me around as soon as I arrived. The kitchen was very functional (you all might not appreciate this as much as me, but it was stocked with all of my favorite Trader Joe's spice mixes). Everything imaginable that you'd need was tucked away somewhere. It was clean, cozy, and in a nice neighborhood. Zero complaints and all praise!

This property is a perfect getaway with all the touches of home. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cups, glasses, etc. It really is as if you are home and more so than any other Vrbo we've stayed at. The outdoor patio overlooking the golf course fairway was a welcome morning coffee location. The fireplace adds some ambiance and warmth on chilly nights. Living room is spacious and plenty of furniture for comfortable seating. Bedroom had lots of storage closet space and there is your own private office with a closed door perfect for Zoom meetings if you need privacy to work or create. Lots of games and movies too. We would recommend this place for anyone. Good wifi but our AT&T cell reception in this part of Lake Sammamish in general is sketchy. We used wifi calling. Still was a great stay and Lyla was very responsive to our questions.

Easy process, wonderful place to stay and we've already scheduled our next visit

Comfortable & well-appointed. Amazingly quiet & private. Needed a place to stay while my husband dug up & replaced the sewer line. The office space was perfect to set up my sewing machine & I accomplished a lot in my short stay. Will consider this home again if I need to get away. Not having traveled in 2020, this was a special treat.

Very nice and private. Connectivity for phones were an issue at times, but not a huge deal. Definitely recommend!
