Fowl Smell, Smokers, Drinkers are Allowed all time inside the Hotels. Highly Don't Recommended any Reservations or Bookings. You can get Best Quality Hotels within same Premises for better Prices & Good Services.

Sir This is Ms Rajan who booked a room through online at fab hotel room stories on 21 May and checked out on 22 May at 11:00 am, where they refused to provide breakfast for us which was included in our service and paid for that... Secondly, we are not satisfied with the room that they have given us. (Broken chair which was known already to them), torn mat, loose toilet flush, wash basin as well as toilet towel stand, We have attached all the proof along with this mail, Two rooms were booked by us in which one room, we faced all the difficulties. The concerned duty manager who responded to us was very rude and told us to read the rules and regulations in their lobby and didn't provide either drinking water or hot water for a bath by giving an excuse. I want the concerned hotel management to refund the money for my inconvenience. We are totally dissatisfied with this hotel. hope customer care would be concerned about our complaint and do the needful. Waiting for your valuable reply.
