We so enjoyed our stay.

We booked this location for our family For 3 nights over Labor day weekend! We were very pleased with this rental. We had plenty of space for our family of 9… the location was great and the views were exceptional! It is literally just steps from the patio to the beach.We will definitely be back for our next Beach vacation!

This property was much older than the properties around it, but it had its own little personality. It could use a few upgrades, but It was comfy and convenient. We enjoyed every minute!! I would recommend this to everyone. Owner communication and check in were super easy. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed four nights and our stay was lovely. Short walk to beach and jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. We were very pleased we were able to bring my small white dog. She is 13 1/2 and she had such a nice and tranquil stay. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our vacation. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation. : )

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the fact that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. The beds were very comfortable and we all used the hot tub much more than I thought we would.

Second stay, love the location right on the beach. It is so central to everything yet this part of the beach is super quiet. Nelofer is just great to work with and very responsive. I love this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Tranquility!" The house was as advertised in the listing and the beach access + sunsets were even better than expected. Nelofer was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we return to PCB and we highly recommend it to others.

Loved the location of Tranquility. Our month-long escape from Illinois weather was just that, "Tranquility". Just a few steps from the warm sand and waves of the ocean. The swing facing the ocean was like a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and even a wedding near the ocean. Loved walking the beach, collecting shells and taking photos every day and a couple nights too. Nice quiet street away from the main traffic to walk our little dog., Lucy. A short drive to local restaurants, flea and craft markets and stores. We would highly recommend this location for your next get away or winter vacation.

Easy check in with password, everything we needed was there waiting. The house was very clean throughout. It is an old property with a lot of character and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone in the family. Our ages ranged from 5 to 78. The most wonderful thing is when you open the back door and step on to the patio and the white sandy beach is literally a step away. The view from the house is priceless. This part of the beach is very quiet yet everything you need such as restaurants or grocery stores are just minutes away from the house. I normally stay at the West end of the beach because it is quiet but this little gem has the best of both worlds with peace and convenience. Would definitely return here.

My husband and I along with our dog spent 2 weeks relaxing here. There is plenty of room for a larger group but we just loved it with just us The patio is fenced in so our dog was able to be off leash while still outside. It was off season, but we loved having the beach basically to ourselves. The neighborhood is great for walks with many friendly people. The is an older home but is very clean and cozy. .

Great place to stay! It has everything you'll need but best of everything is a pet friendly I was able to take my furry friend with me!!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Beach is not crowded since the large condo towers are far away. Having a private hot tub is wonderful, and a big reason why we chose this place. Very close to Pineapple Willie's, we walked there for dinner. Owner is great. Would recommend.

The beach was our back yard. Loved our time together.

This was a great stay! Nelofer was great with communication and response time. The new Adirondack chairs were a nice touch for our s'mores nights. The one thing that would've helped a little would be a small foot rug by the back door and in the two main bedrooms. No matter how much you try to wash the sand off it still tracks in. Would definitely go back. Oh and the outside shower was amazing!

Checking in was a breeze. House was everything I expected in this beach home. Very spacious, clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. It's an older home but owners obviously take care of it. You cannot beat the experience of walking out the door directly onto the beach! We enjoyed the white sugar sand beaches and had no problems with crowding. The water was crystal clear, except for a day after a storm but cleared by next day. The amenities were as described. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Living areas were roomy and comfortable. Three and half baths was convenient for our crowd. Hot tub was very clean and serviced regularly. Grill was stocked with plenty of charcoal and utensils. We spent many hours on the patio and swing enjoying views of the beach and spectacular sunsets. Overall, we would stay here again and hope it's available for our next trip.

Just returned from family vacay. 5 Generations on board. Location was perfect. Nelofer also responded to needs with promptness. Although our only need was trying to find the iron..Will definitely stay her again!!

Great house. Never disappoints!

We had a great experience with three generations staying together again. Perfect location, just walking straight out onto the beach was amazing. No long hike across scorching sand for my 80+ year old grandparents. A volleyball net right in front of the house for many many volleyball tournaments. We all enjoyed it so much!

We had a great weekend, this property was easy to rent. Out the back door on to the beach.

This property is exactly what the listing portrays. It’s an older house right on the beach with plenty of beds, only 1 real bedroom, and in a great location. There are 8 mattresses and 5 couches so plenty of room for kids or small adults. The floor is entirely tile so easy to clean up any human or dog spills. It’s right on the beach between two beach access points and maybe 100 yards from pineapple Willy’s. They say room for 4 cars but it’s really two IMO, although we only had one. The fenced in back yard works great for dogs of all sizes and the hot tub worked fine. It was high 70s during my time there and it felt like the AC struggled to keep it at 68. There is a sign saying it works best at 71/72 so when it gets real hot there may be some concern. Getting in with the keypad worked great, but the separators on the “hall bedroom” were broken and not really usable. We never turned on a TV or used the kitchen so I can’t speak to that. There was nothing special so I think 4 star is accurate.

Great location, comfortable, clean!

Convenient to everything, far enough down the beach to avoid the bigger crowds. Comfortable beds, HVAC kept it at good temp inside. Liked the swing and sitting in sun room. All in all a great place to stay.

Our family of 5 (including 3 older teens) rented this property for a month long working vacation. The sun room and dinning room table space provided great sunny options for working from home time with plenty of space for the teens to hang out. Our adult son and his family joined us for 2 weeks of "vacation" . The bedroom with full bed and bunk beds worked great for their little family with all the 3 teens in the walk thru bunk room. 2 1/2 baths provided plenty of bathroom space while we had 8 people. Our dog loved the sunshine in the back fenced in area and sun room. Great neighborhood to walk the dog. The beach right out the back door was amazing- a little slice of heaven between all the bigger condos. A highlight was our nightly family gathering at 5:30 pm to watch the sunset, dinner on the provided grill, then relax in the hot tub.

Had great time. Loved having the hot tub fire pit and especially the swing. Had our fur baby with us and the patio is enclosed so she was able to be off leash while we sat outside. Will definitely be back.

Location, location! It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves each day, walk out to the beach or chill in the back. This is an older house but provides everything you need for a great getaway. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. It provided a much needed dose of tranquility.

I thoroughly read reviews so you can trust this review is from an actual guest who stayed at the property! PROS: 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Walking out the back door directly to the beach can NEVER be beat!! You are within a stone's throw of Pineapple Willey's, so you really never need to drive anywhere unless you just want to do so. There is a Circle K convenience store, Waffle House, Wal-Mart, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Coconut Creek Fun Park(putt-putt), Angelo's Steak House (closed in winter), and Dirty Dick's Crab House are all within a short walk or a really short drive. Some of our favorite places to eat while in Panama City Beach also includes Runaway Island(yummy), Harpoon Harry's, and Saltwater Grill. All of these restaurants and Pier Park are less than 6 miles from the beach house!! 2. VERY CLEAN!! My wife is a germaphobe and she even remarked at how clean the house was! When you enter the front door you have a large open space for the dining room and family room. Kitchen is well maintained with all the amenities except a Keurig coffee maker. All bathrooms are easily accessible with plenty of bath towels. All the flooring is tile which is super nice because of all the sand you will track in from the beach! Very comfortable sofa's in the family room. 3. BEACH AREA! This was our favorite!! Directly out the back door is a gated area with an outdoor shower head to rinse off the sand, and a really nice hot tub to soak in after a long walk along the beach! There is a fire pit directly out in front of the gated area which is nice because you can keep an eye on your little ones or four legged friends while sitting around the fire. The swing at the head of the dune is absolutely fantastic for sunsets and just relaxing. The beach area is super nice because you are far enough away from the high rise condo's that you actually can enjoy the beach without the crowds! 4. THEY ALLOW PETS!!!! There is a great little neighborhood to walk the dogs! CONS: 1. BEDDING. King size bed could have been a little firmer, but that's just personal preference. 2. ARRANGEMENT OF ROOMS. One of the rooms with the day bed and bunk bed is an actual pass through area to the back of the home. Not a real big deal since you can always walk around the side of the house to access the back of the home and the beach. NEVER ONCE HEARD ANYONE UPSTAIRS! Parking is good. Overall we couldn't complain at all and loved the place!!!!

We selected this house because of its location right on the beach. We were looking forward to our first ocean front house. Morning, evening walks, sunsets and relaxing out the backdoor was our objective and hot tub was to be a bonus! PCB is in the middle of their 34 million dollar beach renovation. The day I checked in, renovation was in front of Pineapple Willys and a week later is was front and center of “Tranqulity”. I am talking two hundred meters of heavy machinery, pipes, blowing sand, pick up trucks, back hoes, portapotty, spot lights that went on 24/7 for 6 days. There was so much going on it would shake the house and industrial street lights shining in the windows at night along with back up beeping did not make for any time day or night to relax. There was a huge barge type boat working with the land crew blowing sand also. We had two more weeks to our stay, but we could not take it any longer. We tried to work with homeowner and he offered a few nights half price or offered to put us up in his one bedroom condo until the construction moved. We were not interested in a one bedroom condo. Owner did not see construction as an issue or inconvenience. Hot tub was not working the first 7 days and hot tubbing with noisy construction is not relaxing. Homeowners are local and this project was major. At anytime, if someone would have called and told me major construction was going to be front and center for over 10 days and book ended on both sides the remaining time I would have gladly canceled. Owner claims he didn’t know it was going to happen. Keep in mind this was a major project that was on the news, and newspaper along with its own website to follow the project. Any local that lives ocean front could tell the project was going to be front and center. We checked out 15 days early with hopes our cc company can recoup some of our money. It’s amazing to me owner tried to tell us how it was not that bad and people down at another condo were not bothered. The day we left l, owner’s wife made a comment to my husband how awful the beach was that day. She meant construction, it was a beautiful, warm sunny day. This unit is older and in need of some repair but we were there to relax and have ocean front access and we did not get what we paid for. Owner was more about making money than he was understanding how we did not want to stick around with never ending construction. I have plenty of pictures and video. No exaggeration here!
