Esto no fumadores, amplio, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio está completamente renovado! Este no es tu lugar promedio playa! Sofás de cuero, muebles de Tommy Bahama, nuevo superior de los colchones pillow-top de línea, 3 televisores (1 es un HDTV de pantalla grande), a estrenar gabinetes en la cocina y baños, pisos de baldosas nuevas. El edificio cuenta con sólo 10 unidades. Es una zona tranquila, tranquila de la playa. Mayormente residencial. Está rodeado de enormes Casas raíces. El amanecer es absolutamente hermoso que sube por encima del canal entre la costa w / una gran vista desde el dormitorio principal en la mañana. Hay un muelle directamente enfrente de la unidad. Las puestas de sol son más que impresionante! ¡Qué vista desde el balcón! Es verdaderamente un lugar maravilloso y relajante, tranquilo para pasar el tiempo. Disfrute de la comodidad de un tranvía que te lleva arriba y abajo del Golfo Boulevard. Hay muchos restaurantes y actividades que están a poca distancia de los condominios.

We enjoyed our stay so much. No one wanted to leave. It was me, my husband, our 15 year old daughter, her friend, my 21 year old son, and his friend. The condo was the perfect size for us and had everything we could want or need. Shondra is an amazing host. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had a fantastic week in your place. Walking in we were greeted with a welcome basket and note. The accommodations were comfortable, access to the beach was amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking. There's enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We love staying in Indian Shores, this is our first time in this condo, and we are making plans to return. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This week long vacation was a wonderful experience. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but still close enough to alot of attraction. The house was clean and comfortable and came with many amenities that I didnt have to worry about bringing with us. Looking out onto the gulf and seeing dolphins, collections wide range of shells, having a sunrise over the inlet and watching the sunset every night either from the balcony or beach was a great way to relax.

I NEVER do reviews but this place was so Nice I wanted people to know about it!! Our view was the BEST view we have ever had!! We have went to many condos on the beach before BUT we have never been this close to the ocean!! I usually never walk around in barefoot but this condo was so clean I had no problem!! They are stocked with everything you need!! They have a storage area that has chairs, umbrella, floats etc...and what we love about that is when you are done at the beach you just put them in the storage closet and don't have to drag them in & out of your condo!! It's so convenient I wish all places had an area like this one!! Check in & check out was the easiest we have ever had!! I can't say enough about the owners....I felt like they were my Best friend!! I would send a text and got a quick response!! I am not a reader at all BUT some how I got interested in this book at the condo so I asked the owner if I could take it home and then I would mail it to her after I finished and she just said keep it and enjoy it!! You might be wondering why I'm telling you about a book...my point is I had no problems and it was the smoothest, easiest, vacation we truly have ever been on!! The owner is available and so nice and helpful 😃 You won't regret staying here❤️

We loved the location. Beach is not crowded, and everything needed is so close. Great restaurants within a short driving distance, and one you can walk to. The condo is equally as wonderful. Kitchen is well equipped, and the rest of the condo is super comfortable. Top of our list for a beach getaway!

Condo was in the perfect location. Easy parking, non crowded beach, perfect view of sunset. Condo has everything you need and was a good size. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and each room had lots of storage. I couldn’t recommend this rental more! We are actually moving down here next year otherwise I would be booking again. However, I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends who may come to visit us in the future.

Our experience was excellent! Check in was seamless and very easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well stocked. Location is hard to beat. Beautiful ocean and sunset views on a very uncrowded beach area. Stocked with everything you need for the beach as well! Shondra is excellent to work with and is very quick to respond to messages. This was our second stay here and we hope to visit again. Would highly recommend!

The place was great! Plenty of beach stuff so no need to bring any. Very relaxing. Stores and gym about 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The view is great from the condo. Plan on going back!!

We usually vacation on the panhandle, but have traveled down to Indian Rocks the last few years. This was one of the the most relaxing and low key places we’ve stayed at for vacation. Plenty of sea life to enjoy and great views out the front and back of the property. If you’re in the mood for more action, Clearwater or John’s Pass are just a short drive, but if you just want to chill out and be away from the crowds, the beach here is perfect. We loved visiting the bakeries and restaurants in the area. Highly suggest a drive to Frieda’s in Largo. The pastries are the best we’ve ever had. Guppy’s on the Beach is our favorite for a nice lunch or dinner, and Slyce has the best pizza around! If you’re looking for a fun Dolphin experience, definitely book with Little Toot in Clearwater. It stands out way above the others. Read the reviews you’ll understand why. We could go on and on about how great this area is! Shondra is a great host and was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We appreciated her hospitality and can’t wait to get back down here next year!

Beautiful property on the beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets! Quiet with lots of wildlife all around, yet not far from shopping, restaurants, etc. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. My teens had a blast paddle boarding (plenty of places to rent nearby). Clean unit and responsive host.

The property is awesome for a family vacation on the beach! The host thinks of everything, beach chairs, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen including cleaning supplies paper towels, etc. Truly turn key, unpack your bags and relax. This property is a real jewel in terms of its setting. We really enjoyed the views from both sides of the unit - one of the beach and one of the bay. It is located on a quiet stretch of Gulf Boulevard which felt peaceful and private. The beach access is wonderful, and the beach in that area was not crowded.
Though the decor is a little dated we had all that we needed to stay comfortably for the week. Nice and new washer and dryer.
We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We would highly recommend it.

My husband and I visit the gulf coast of Florida twice per year. We have stayed in many different oceanfront accommodations but this by far is the best! We found the unit to be exactly as stated in the description of property! Shondra was always willing to answer my texts immediately. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian forced us to evacuate and cut our vacation short… but we stayed safe and Shondra kept us updated. We definitely will be back!

The size and location were both perfect, the area is quiet yet still conveniently close to food & shopping. Sunsets on the balcony were icing on the cake every evening. Shondra's condo was just what we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation on the beach. Shondra was very helpful and friendly through the entire process and very quick with responses. When we walked in, there was a bottle of wine, snacks and a wonderful thank you card! This was the first ever from any of the owners of the homes we have rented. It was such a nice start to the beginning our vacation!
We were just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and clear waters. The beach was absolutely gorgeous which is the reason we always come back to Indian Shores/Indian Rocks beach. It was private and so peaceful. We had the chance to see Manatee swimming just about 10 feet away from us and it was such a wonderful moment.
Back to the condo.
The beds were very comfortable, which is a must for everyone in our group. We had everything we needed in the condo and didn't need to go far for any items. The condo was extra clean and the perfect size for our group to feel comfortable and relaxed. Caddy's restaurant was just a few minutes walk down the road and the food was fantastic. We would definitely stay at the condo again for another trip to Indian Shores.

Very clean, all that was promised was there for our use. No shampoo, conditioner or bath gel was in either bathroom but we were able to shop for them with our groceries. Owner was available for any questions. Nice welcome basket to greet us. Wish we could rent again next year but all of March was already rented. Bummer!. Thanks for everything.

Our time in Tampa Bay Area was bittersweet as our daughter graduated from UT and we thought this our last family vacation. Situated on the beach was perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. Spent many hours on the beach and walking the shore line. The condo had all the amenities needed and was quiet. The view of the gulf was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the intercostal from the master bedroom was equally as beautiful. The added bonus was the dock and boat slip. The accommodations were perfect for our family. I highly recommend this condo.
