Loved the location of the property. It was close to many places to eat and shop. Also loved the easy access to the beach!

The condo was great. Wish there was an easier way to check in and out and elevator key thing very annoying but condo itself was very nice and no complaints there.

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

The property was nice with a few exceptions
The den and the spare bedroom had NO televisions in them and the beds themselves were awful, mattress and a piece of plywood does not a comfy vacation bed make
The agent at Resort Rentals gave us incorrect information regarding the working of the televisions and the internet
The president of the homeowners association harassed us the entire trip for everything we did from putting out beach towels on a chair and then walking g to the beach to having groceries delivered

It was a nice condo and we had a nice vacation but have stayed in better places

Nice three bedroom condo. It had a big new kitchen that was well stocked. The ice maker was broken & that was a real inconvenience. Beautiful beach & pool - great place for a family vacation.

This was an older built Condo, but seemed to be in ok state. Some updates to Unit, but needs more. (No smoke detector found. Blinds in living room not closing properly.) King and Queen beds very uncomfortable, to hard. Didn't appear that the cleaning crew did a very good job. Some mold in one bathroom, spill down front of stove not cleaned, very thick dust on headboard of master bed. At time to leave the only luggage cart was hidden in someone's unit and not available for other guests. For the price, if some things were taken care of, this would be a nice place to stay. Even with the items above, I didn't call rental company to complain. To say something good: Very close to beach, nice view, having access to items for the beach a plus, restaurants close by.

Good location, comfortable livingroom and beds. Upgrade the bedding sheets. Cheaply sewn without elastic in corners so it Never fits and creeps off every night. slso the master bedroom vertical blinds shed their panels regardless of how carefully you close or open. The cleaning service needs doesn't wet mop or dust furniture and floors thoroughly. I would return and the rental office was ecceptionally detailed and helpful.

The location was great and the view was great from the room. We walked every night to Johns Pass which was great for dinner and worked very will for the girls to do some shopping. The room had been remodeled and the kitchen was very nice. Usually the wife brings a skillet to cook with because most of the ones in the condos stick this time the skillets didn't stick she was very happy with this. The only thing that needed looked at the bed in theSecond room it the railings were loose.

We couldn't have asked for a better view. Our 4 kids and my husband and I fit perfectly in the condo. Great space!! Fabulous large shower in Master Bath was an extra bonus! Resort rentals was so friendly & helpful as well. We lived on the beach all week. Only downside were the broken vertical blinds in master BR & living room. They kept falling off, but didn't affect our incredible stay! We would for sure return to this unit!!

This was a great vacation for our family. The condo is very nice and very clean. We checked in late on Christmas night and they were awesome about working with us to make check in very easy. The condo itself is very nice. If you are looking for 5 star, this is not it. But the bedrooms are good size, the kitchen is very nice and well stocked. The living room area only has a wrap around couch so it is a bit small. Very nice screen porch to watch the ocean and the dolphins which we saw on multiple days. The beach is awesome. Sugar sand and very clean. The heated pool was very nice to have in Dec. Lots of great restaurants close by as well as grocery stores within 2 miles. We really enjoyed staying here and plan on returning.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Villa Madeira condo complex because we love the area and location. The private beach and pool area are very nice and the area is more family/kid friendly. Our condo was clean and well equipped. The furniture and decor were not my style but the rooms overall were still nice. I'm sure we will be returning in the future.

Great condo on the beach! Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom/den was small but manageable. We used the storage in the other 2 bedrooms for our clothes. Overall a great place to stay, lots within walking distance or a short drive.

Great view saw dolphins most days and multiple times per day. Loved Candy Kitchen across the street and Caddy’s is just 5 buildings away. Weather was hot. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms could use some updates but overall I loved the condo and am coming back next year.
