Check-in was very easy and directions to property were great. Unit was as described for the most part. For the price paid I expected it to be better kept. There were multiple places where you could see drywall patches, baseboards with peeling paint, trim pieces throughout kitchen needed attention, drawer handles in kitchen felt sticky with kitchen grease/grime, mildew around master bedroom ceiling vent, shower handle off and laying aside. The dishwasher & garbage disposal really need attention. Had to prewash the dishes by hand prior to putting in dishwasher or they wouldn't come clean. There was an ironing board, but we could not find an iron. Who irons on vacation - we needed to for family photos. Many batteries in remotes needed replaced & several light bulbs were burned out. It was great to have a pack-n-play (sheets would have been nice) & highchair. The washer & dryer were great! The arrival supplies were ample to get us started. The outdoor kitchen & lanai were wonderful although two of the four chairs were wobbly & unsafe. It would have been great to be able to use the lanai sunshade in the evenings. It had been broken for a while as the wall switch had been replaced with a blank cover. Could not get the sliding doors to lock which could be a safety issue; especially with a very young toddler. The lounge chair cushions off of the master bedroom need attention. Great pool area. Texted phone # in book twice for assistance with no reply at all. Janae was quick to respond

What an amazing property to stay at in Maui…accommodations were comfortable and luxurious and the view was unbelievable. Our extended family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal and the living room and open balcony provided an amazing way to enjoy New Year’s Day while watching the Rose Bowl. We would not hesitate to stay here again if available on our return to Maui. Thank you for making your home available for others to use. GO BLUE !!!

This house fulfilled the needs of all 9 of our family who gathered to celebrate our 50th. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the luau we chose for the anniversary evening. The swimming pool was spectacular, and really beautiful (and deserted) at night, and just a short walk from the house. The owners provided a wagon we used to haul our stuff and the 2-year-old to the pool. The beach was close. We cooked some big dinners (Christmas for one) and the kitchen accommodated everything well. We couldn't find a hot pad which would be a good addition. But the kitchen as a whole was very well-equipped, with a really large refrigerator/freezer. The bedrooms fit our families perfectly, and were located such that we could each have a quiet place to get away to when needed. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and a full-size washer and dryer so we never ran out. The way the glass doors/screens/shades completely opened out to the lanai was really wonderful. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom and there was a guest bathroom besides. There was room for the little ones to do crafts and dance and have a wonderful time. We bought a few Christmas lights to make it more festive. Having a garage for one car and a place to park the 2nd car nearby was convenient. I loved being able to recycle. The owners responded promptly when we contacted them. We really enjoyed the holiday/anniversary celebrations we had here. Thank you for hosting us.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Even more gorgeous than the pictures. Everything was clean and worked well and the location can’t be beat. Our kids are already begging to go back next year!

Great view, perfect location. Stayed with my parents and daughter and niece and nephew. More than enough room for everyone. Host was very responsive and quick to get back to me if I had any questions. Beautiful home, couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Definitely hoping to re book in the future :)

The property was beautiful, well- maintainer with great amenities and location. We had 6 adults with 3 infants/toddlers and there was plenty of space.

We loved how this property was a short walk to the beach and had an amazing view of the water which was perfect for sunsets. The condo was spacious and comfortable and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, close to the pool and short walk to the beach. A wonderful holiday!

The property owners were very attentive when needed, booking was easy & pricing was accurate for what we were billed. They have a great cancellation policy as well, if needed. The villa was gorgeous & stocked with everything you could imagine. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean & the beach is just a short 5 min walk away, where we saw many whales, turtles & even a sting ray swimming with us. If we ever get the opportunity to stay here again, we definitely will!

Seven adults three children 2,5,1 and a four month old baby invaded this property for five nights . What was great about this property was that each bedroom had Their own bathroom three families were supposed to get through this is Rachel

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Maui! 5 stars all across the board. If you get the opportunity to stay here, take it!

This property is big, beautiful and well located. Our kids (4 and 6) loved the onsite pool. My husband and I loved the gym. It was a short walk to the beach (one of the best in Maui in my opinion) through the Grand Wailea lobby. The villa was well stocked and had lovely sheets, towels, etc. Kitchen had almost everything we needed for regular cooking (could have used another baking sheet). Loved the Ninja blenders for morning smoothies. We did have a minor issue with hot water (or lack thereof) and the Keurig not working but Len promptly ensured both issues were remedied within 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this villa to family and friends.

A beautiful place to stay in a very nice location.

What a wonderful property! Bedrooms and attached bathrooms were all well appointed and very spacious! The mini fridge in the master bedroom made nighttime feedings with our little one extra easy. The views were spectacular and having a garage was super convenient. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful place, great location. The air conditioner went out and they sent somebody immediately the following morning and it was back and running again. Property managers were very attentive in the home is well Stocked and very comfortable. We will definitely rent again

WE had a wonderful family vacation. The townhome was well appointed and in a great gated community. It was safe and had everything we needed with plenty of space. The parking and amenities at the pool were fun too. We will hope to return someday!

Our family had an incredible time at this Ho’olei villa. The location to the pool was perfect for all of us to walk. The villa was beautifully decorated & furnished. It was well stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the pool & beach toys! The self check in was easy and our host answered all the questions I had. Hoolei is a beautiful property, especially this particular unit. The view is spectacular and having a corner unit allows for you to experience a full view of the ocean from the lanai. We wanted to sit out there all day. It is very close to beautiful Wailea beach, just a short walk. And it was so nice to have beach chairs and towels already available. The pool and amenities are incredible too. Len and Janae were very helpful in preparing for our stay. We will definitely come back!

I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Wailea, Maui. The place is beautiful and well equipped. It’s an easy walk to the beach, the pool, shopping, or golf. This was our first family vacation in two years and we all enjoyed having our morning coffee relaxing on the lanai and watching the ocean. It was definitely a terrific choice in a rental that our whole adult family enjoyed. Thank you Len for sharing your home with us.
