Plenty of room in this place. We enjoyed the Phoenix heat at 110 and were outside all our days. With the TV, Pool and griddle to make tacos burgers and dogs. The backyard is very inviting. The kitchen is huge and the bedrooms are big too. There was a lot of extras from previous tenants. I contributed to it when we left as well. We will be back.

Overall a high quality property. Lots of room and amenities at the property. Love the outdoor flat top grill, pool and private outdoor area. Only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 was because of neighbors barking dog at all hours of the night waking us up from sleeping. Also the inside stove and burners don’t work very well. Tried to what oven but it took so long we only used the oven and burners once. We ended up leaving pizzas in the freezer since the oven does not work well. Otherwise great experience and I would consider this property for future visits since get out to the area at least twice a year.

We were in town to watch our daughter play in a basketball tournament. The property was perfect for us and close to everything we wanted. Check in and out went smoothly and we’d love to come and stay again.

I will say the property is lovely! Space for our large group.
The location was perfect for our function. We ended up not being able to use that wonderful pool because it was very cool and the water didn’t heat up fast enough for us to use. The furniture is very bulky, would be very good if your on the large size. The beds were all high which made it difficult for my 96 yr old mother to get in and out. Toilets were low so that made it difficult for her to sit on and stand back up. We take suction grab bars to help but there was no way to attach them in the hall bath. Those thing would not bother most of you . The one thing that will is the neighbor’s dogs. When we were there they had 9 or more dogs which they leave out all night. They didn’t bark all night but multiple time during the night there would be some type of attack and one of the dogs would wail as if it were being killed. This is very startling.

My sisters and I had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Great communications with owner. Very accommodating - We were able to check-in earlier than reserved and Paul allowed us to stay a little later upon check-out. Lots of room - good neighborhood - close to all conveniences.

Amazing views
The house and setting is amazing. Clean, organized and something for everyone to do. Your right on the beach with your own personal sand box for the smaller kids to play. The master suite is worth it!

Great location & fantastic property
My family (6 of us) enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the location was very convenient. It was nice to have the outdoor space, the table to gather around and the living room to spend time together. Wasn't much more than 2 hotel rooms and made the vacation much more enjoyable to all be together and comfortable rather than cramped in hotel rooms.

Not clean and smelled.
The house was not clean, the dishwasher was disgusting and old food was left in the refrigerator and pantry. We had to put in the garbage. The house had a bad smell. Towels were old and very thin. The ext door bark all night long. The neighborhood was not very nice. Will not recommend to other families.

Perfect host
Great wonderful clean home with all you need for a great stay . Everything close by and in a quite clean neighborhood. Paul was the perfect host stepping us to all we needed to know how to use the pool , griddle , WiFi etc . He was just a phone call away if we needed anything . Definitely will book this again in future

Surprised by the amount of "Uncleanliness"
My family enjoyed our time in this house. The splash pool was wonderful and enjoyed by all. The beds were comfortable and clean.
I know how hard it is to earn a high rating and reviews, that is why I want to be completely honest with the experience we had. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the home. We checked in late Friday night around 9:30 or 10 PM. However, upon entering the home, I found a dirty stinky dishrag and sponge was left in the sink. When I took a glass out of the cupboard, I discovered that I could not find a clean one. As I examined the rest of the kitchen items I found that there were many greasy glasses and plates that still had food remnants on them. I was repulsed. Upon further inspection, I discovered that other items including plates, bowls, and etc, contained large amounts of dried ketchup on the top and bottom, including other food particles. There were large mixing bowls with remnants of salad to whatever in them. I found dried green leaves, and other food particles. Glasses were covered in grease and contained some sort of food. Needless to say, I spent half the day Saturday cleaning the entire contents of the kitchen cabinets and drawers. I disinfected the kitchen cabinets and all flat surfaces in the home. The refrigerator contained food items some expired from the previous renter. I swept the floors and I was shocked to discover that after three minutes of walking around barefoot, my feet were black. Also, we found someone else's clothing that had been left at the pool before we arrived. I sent pictures of my feet, dish-ware, situations by the pool and stinky items left in sink to the owner.
Clearly, the house was not thoroughly cleaned and ready for our visit. In the height of COVID-19 the cleanliness of the house needs to be the most important concern of all of us; but it was significantly deficient.
Once again, I imediatelhy let the owner know our concerns regarding cleanliness from the moment I walked into the home with photos. He has not been willing to work with me in returning the cleaning fee, as I had asked. He has only justified why the home was dirty. He said his family was there last. His justifications are not acceptable, which is why I'm leaving this review.
I feel that at this price point, expecting to have clean dishes and floors, is not expecting too much.

Beautiful property
Absolutely a beautiful stay, property is private, great location. The heated pool and waterfall feature take it over the top. Would recommend and will stay again. Paul is great and very responsive!

Perfect vacation
This was our first time in Arizona and absolutely loved it. We were in town celebrating my graduation and Paul’s house was the perfect retreat! The house is beautiful and we loved the heated pool. Our kids spent most of the time in the pool :) Paul made the check in process super easy and he’s very responsive. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again! Way better than a hotel! Thank you for making our stay amazing!

The house is located in a nice neighborhood in Avondale and was very easy to find. The house is very big and spacious. The pool is small but was perfect. The hot top worked great too. The decor of the house is pretty basic & furniture is very dated. The house was clean when we got it & is well equipped with household items.

Exactly what we needed!
Great house (and host) for our quick family getaway. Check in process was very easy, especially with our flight’s two hour delay. No problem though! Swam every morning and every evening. Pool is so clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you!!

Overall a good stay, owner was a little pushy with the check-in & got mad we didn't pull in the recycle bins quick enough. 95% Clean Give it 4 stars cause the pool was nice, sort of small, but nice.

Nice place
The place is nice and in generally good repair. The pool is great and the hot tub was nice too after playing a lot of golf. I will say there are some things that could use some attention. The hot tub cover fell on one of my buddies. We had to hold it up the whole time we were in there. The lights in the rooms didn't all work. The fans in the rooms were really wobbly and could use rebalancing as well. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

Nice spacious home
Great start at this house. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. Comfortable beds and furniture. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again. There were a few minor things that would have made it better (fixing the broken toilet seat and toilet paper holder in the master bath).
