We were disappointed to find the accommodations were not great. Floors were dirty, burned out light bulbs, beach equipment filthy. Sheets did not fit bed. No working coffee pot when we arrived. Only one elevator working and very dirty. For the price we could have done better. Great balcony view.

Great location. Close to restaurants and bars. Very close to the beach! They had chairs, an umbrella and cooler in the room for use which was great because we flew in! Ordered food from Publix which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable! Will definitely return.

The property was very nice, clean, fully supplied for a wonderful time at the beach. Check in process was seamless. The only complaint I would have to say is parking on the property is very tight, but they do have an overflow lot across the street. The best part of our experience was the helpfulness of the hosts, and their willingness to go over and above. Thank you.

First off, the condo was clean and tidy. The beach was great because of the lack of people and the view was top notch from the room. They were doing construction on the building, which we knew prior, but really couldn't tell once inside. Was a bit cramped for four people (2 adults. 2 children) because the lack of storage space for the luggage and bags. Would be better suited just for two people. The lack of parking at the condo was a bit frustrating, especially when loading/unloading, but the lot across the street was easy enough. We made due and was only a minor inconvenience. Also seemed that most public parking on the island was "paid" parking and that got annoying as well. We just planned our shopping/eating trips around free parking. All in all, it was still a good location and a good trip.

This condo is in a beachside inn so it is on the smaller side but has plenty of space for 2 people. The oceanfront balcony was great and perfect to catch some beautiful sunsets. The beach itself was very quiet and peaceful in front of the inn. Publix was about a 15 minute walk down the road, which was super convenient.
The restaurants in the area were ok, good for quick bites and simple food and drinks. The sea dog brewing company was about a 10 minute walk away, and more restaurants in town about a 15-20 minute walk. We really enjoyed restaurants in Tampa and St. Petersburg, both cities within 35+ minute driving distance away.
Overall enjoyed our stay here, the owners stock it up nicely with all you need for the beach, and even a large DVD collection. There’s a tiki bar by the pool to get some great drinks and you can take them to the beach. I also never had to contact the owner/ rental company for anything. Will definitely consider staying again.

I live in Treasure Island and Rented property for guests who were visiting me. I know that resort has been here for years but had never been in it. It was fabulous!! Everything was updated. Beautiful room, fantastic view of beach and close to everything. Would definitely recommend it for a great beach getaway!

This area is a hidden treasure. We enjoyed our stay and the time at the beach! This area still has the salty dog feel of an old fashion beach town. The pool is cold and the best around. It was a great anniversary getaway!

Amazing View
This was a great place! It had everything we needed, was very clean and it was close to things. The view from the room was the best. There were just a couple of things that could have been better. The king bed needs better sheets (They did not stay on the bed) and the beach towels were not very good. We would stay here again.

LOVED OUR STAY
The condo was just as cute in person as it was in the pictures. The location was fabulous, you had a cute little shell shop right across the street to walk to for souvenirs, the bar at the pool was great, we spent most of our time either at the beach or in the pool. Close enough to check out the Dolphin Racer, the St. Petersburg Pier, John's Pass, and Clearwater. It was not busy like other tourist spots, so we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and calm. It honestly made us want to look into living there permanently. I would def recommend this place to a young couple or small family. It was just perfect!

Perfect for what we needed
This place was perfect for a couple who wants to get away from it all for a few days! The place was extremely clean upon our arrival. The biggest difference between this place and the other VRBO properties is the thought behind the "little things" being provided. NICE beach chairs (with a cooler on the back), sand bucket, extra blanket, beach umbrella, boogie board, innertube, beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, and the list goes on.
The only slightly negative thing I could say is that the bed has a freakishly large pillow top which moves around and isn't the most comfortable-- and that's being picky.

Simply put, this is the best spot on the Island, and this has got to be one of the very best properties that we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The place was great the room was clean the beach was not too crowded. Also the room had many things we were able to use like coolers and chairs for the beach which was nice since we flew there and were not able to bring much. We really enjoyed are stay and plan to go back!

ABSOLUTELY disgusting... LOTS of LIVE roaches, filth, and terrible customer service.
Booked this place for 3 days for wife's 40th birthday and our15th year anniversary. Only stayed 1!! WORST rental experience we have ever had!!! Arrived late on first evening noticed floors were quite dirty so we attempted to clean them. Really only slept there that night. Second day noticed more VERY dirty areas, wish I could post pics. GROSS!!! Started looking deeper. Under and behind everything was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Dirt piles, hair, stains, sand, mildew, soap scum and BUGS!!! Pulled sheets off to wash. Mattress pad was filthy and urine stain. Looking through cabinets in kitchenette noticed a bug, then another, and then 10+ more. LIVE ROACHES!!!! all over the kitchen area. Mostly in the silverware drawers. You could tell this is an on going issue because of the amount of roach FECES in/on the drawers as well as on the already dirty silverware. There were also live and dead roaches in cabinets, in/on, and around the pots and pans. (I have pictures) They attempted to hide the roach traps where no one would notice, under and behind silverware trays (in back of the drawers), under microwave, and in the far corners of cabinets.
This was the final straw. Called property mgr. who offered to come "vacuum up bugs with his dust-buster". But it was now after hours so he wasn't much help. We couldn't stay there with a LIVE bug problem and that amount of FILTH.
We packed-up our things and checked out. Had to find another place to stay last minute for the rest of the trip. We called the next morning to discuss further with them. He said "Well, I thought we had that taken care of". So they KNOWINGLY rented location with active roach problem and obviously haven't been by the location to check on it for some time. We spent hours trying to work this out with them. We asked for a refund but they would only offer to refund a little over half of our money and gave ZERO concern that we had to pay for another place to stay and ZERO concern about how this affected our trip.
This place was DISGUSTING. It was FILTHY. Even the front door was covered in black grime. (which you had to slam to get it to close). It looks nice in the pictures and location is great but DO NOT be fooled and DO NOT rent this place.
Also, I don't know who is leaving the "5-star" reviews but it is almost like they are somehow leaving their own reviews. Its ironic that the last "5-star" review was left on the exact day we found all of the roaches and checked out.

Wonderful 25th anniversary trip
We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean, great location and view of the ocean was amazing. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by this room. Many wonderful restaurants in the area as well.

Views and beach access are incredible!!
The sand is literally 20 steps from the door and the ocean views from the room are stunning!!! These two things are exactly why we chose this place! The unit has everything you need for a beach day, but you can also purchase cabanas for $30 per day if you want to be more comfortable and lug less to the water. Scott at the Tiki Bar was amazing! Great conversation and he truly wants to make your time there memorable. The ONLY downside to the unit is that it could use a facelift to improve the look and feel of cleanliness, but the views make up for that! We had a great time and we are already planning our next visit!!

Beachfront studio
If you are looking for a 5 Star, upscale property this is not for you . But if you are looking for the old school, retro beach experience this venue is a great choice. The clean, white sand beach is at your door for miles of walking and the sunsets are beautiful. Great dining and shopping with walking distance along with an onsite tikki bar. The studio/condo was well stocked to meet all our needs.

Nice place in a great beach spot
Our family of four had a wonderful stay. Kids loved the outdoor pool and we all loved our time on the beautiful beach... and equally loved that it was right outside the place, which is precisely what we were searching for. We used one of the propane grills outside for dinner one night, and even watched a couple of fun movies in the evenings from the supply of DVDs in the room. We also appreciated a few little extras being available, such as a beach bag to carry towels with us and a cooler (and icepacks in the freezer) for having cold water bottles along with us when outside. Not a huge place, but comfortable, and we never really felt cramped even with me, my wife and the two kids (12 and 9). Will add about the beach: Really clean where you can walk around barefoot without much of any problem; and sure, there's a lot of people walking/running up and down the beach, but still very ample beach space to park yourself in the sand to just hang out.
