Quiet complex, walking distance to a cute cafe and ice cream shop Nice pool Clean We would love to stay here again!

The beds were very soft. Living room chair needs a new cover. The no-see-ums bugs were terrible at the beach across the street!!! Make sure to get bug spray and run if your legs start to sting. My daughter had 100s of bites in a short time and was miserable the entire vacation.

How dated property was for the price paid

The apartment was perfect - for the space we needed. The bunk beds in the room was exactly what we needed for the children. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The restaurants were convenient and good in the plaza next to the condos.

The AC!! But thank God for Doug. FYI, if you stay in this condo, there is a humidity control button beside the ac controls. It (the humidity) must be set on 20 or below for the ac to work as needed. The directions say to keep it on 65, but you will heat to death. The ac will not cool below 80 if you keep it on 65%. I am thankful Doug was willing to send someone to check it out, but in the end we didn't have to bc we figured it out.

Should have stated Ocean Breeze Condo is located in Saint Maria building. Description of entering was very poor Outlets in all bathrooms, not working Downstairs bathroom stopper not working Kitchen lightbulb missing Showers curtains reflected some mold Furniture was very dated No hangers Pillows should be replaced

The one bathroom drain in the tub was very slow so when you showered it filled up with water

We loved the coziness of the condo and location is terrific!
