The location was great. Short walk to the beach, shops & bars/restaurants. We didn't find out about tbe bar & restaurants located on site until the last day there, but we heard the pizza was really good. Made in a brick oven onsite.

Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on for the new Margaritaville being built so there was some early morning noise & roads closed. The bungalo we stayed in also had a little ant problem, but that was primarily on the kitchen table, which we didn't use.

They are working on crescent street which was annoying. I had difficulty parking and getting to my room, which was a suite that is detached from the main hotel.

Quality room, decent bed, nice air conditioning, spacious room. Non - Smoking.

Rooms were told to be recently renovated but air conditioning left lots to be desired. We tried to turn it down as it was not running right, it would not and was very loud. Very older units in the rooms. For being recently renovated I thought they should have updated the ac units.

Location was great. Inn was nice. Staff were very nice. Had an issue with door lock and had to change room. Fold out couch was not comfortable for sleeping in second room.

We loved the proximity to Times Square and the quiet location! Could not have had a better location. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. Laundry facilities were available and efficient, along with complimentary detergent and softener. Our room was cleaned well and kept cool during the day to give us a retreat from the heat. The office staff was top notch, friendly and very accommodating. We will be back!

We wish the pool stayed open later, at least for adults after 9pm. We also wished the jets in the hot tub were a little stronger.

The location is perfect, the room was beautiful, the pool was refreshing, the restaurants on site had great food, all around everything was wonderful.

The bed and pillows are on the firm side and I prefer something a little softer. But if you like a firm mattress then this place is a 10 all day long.

We really liked the renovated room in which we stayed. It is very well done with great kitchenette and king size bed. It is all so nicely decorated too.

Onsite parking, bright, modern rooms, lush landscaping & casual atmosphere. Gracious owner, fun upper deck bar with delicious casual food & entertainment. Amazing waterside views and walking distance to everything Ft Myers has to offer.

Great location to everything fun in Ft. Myers Beach. We LOVED the restaurant that is part of the hotel. Staff was awesome. We'd definitely stay there again!
