we stayed for 8 days. guests included a couple in our 70's, 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, ages 16 months, 4 yrs and 8 yrs. We loved the house and pool and had a great time. Owners were extremely helpful and attentive. House is wonderfully supplied with kitchen utensils, linens and towels. A wonderful stay overall.

Stayed at this lovely property for about a week with our three adult children, their spouses and their infant children. Awesome place! Owner communication was excellent and small issue (failed circuit breaker) was settled quickly and efficiently. We had a great time in the pool, hot tub, playing games at night at the large dining room table, and enjoyed local hikes and yours!

This was the perfect house for our three-generation group of parents, step-parents, adult children,, siblings, spouses, partners, grandchildren/niece/nephew! The house was nicely laid out and the small cottage came in very handy. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped and we made many of our meals there and on the grill. We loved the screened in porch and spent a good amount of time there. The town and surrounding are are great!

We’re a group of 8 friends (4 couples) who took some time away for some rest and it was awesome. The house was clean and welcoming. We had all the information we needed ahead of our stay to make it easy and comfortable. The unexpected treat was that the snow fell beautifully for an entire day and we changed our plans to go out and spent a large part of the day in the hot tub and watching the snow through the giant windows. It was magical. Highly recommend.

Looking for a change of scenery and this house did the trick! Wanted a girls weekend away where we could catch up by a fire and sip wine but also be close to a cute town. The house was only a 3min drive from the town of Woodstock. The bathrooms in this house are amazing!! And the hot tub was a great bonus. Will absolutely rent this house again.

Our party of 8 enjoyed the 3 day extended weekend at this property with something for everyone! The pool, hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all and the star studded sky was a special treat. The house was well stocked, comfortable and large enough for two families to not get in each other’s way. The short drive to Woodstock meant easy access to restaurants and everything else Woodstock has to offer.

We were happy to be back at Lynn and Greg's house after 6 years. It is as lovely as ever, with fancy new bathrooms! The pool and hot tub are great; the house spacious and well equipped. Lynn and Greg were incredibly responsive hosts-- every question answered almost immediately. Woodstock is a great area, and the house is a few minute drive to the town of Woodstock. Lots to do in this wonderful corner of the world.

My husband and I rented this property for the month of July and had a fantastic time, both by ourselves and with our adult children and small grandchildren. The house itself is very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked without being at all cluttered. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. are well-organized, and everything is exactly where you would expect to find it. Likewise, the bedrooms have plenty of linens and towels; all of the bathrooms are beautifully renovated. There are several dining and living areas — both small and large, so large groups can gather together or spread out individually. For our family, the piece de resistance was definitely the 20x40 pool. It is expertly maintained, long enough for swimming laps, and shallow enough on one end for our young grandchildren (3,4, and 5) to play contentedly for hours. There are plenty of loungers and pool towels. Even just sitting at the pool is a pleasure, as it is beautifully landscaped and has breathtaking views of forest land and mountains. When we first arrived, we had a few questions, and Lynn and Gregg always got back to us immediately. They were lovely and considerate hosts. Everyone agreed that this was a perfect choice for our family, and we checked out very reluctantly at the end of the month.

Most awesome house
This property stood out to us for its openness, light, heated pool and hot tub, and it’s ability to accommodate a large group. We loved staying here. The pool was truly heated, the hot tub excellent, the fire pit was perfect. There are so many spaces in the house that I was able to do a little work one day upstairs and felt a million miles away.
We are fans and hope to stay again.

Outstanding vacation spot!
We just finished a weeklong stay at this wonderful home in Woodstock, NY with our family of 9, including 8 adults and one toddler, for a family getaway. The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with before and during the stay and made check-in and check-out easy, providing detailed information. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of amenities in every space that go well above and beyond. We made full use of the 5 bedrooms, two living room areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, and perfect-for-summer screened porch. Set in a beautiful heavily-wooded area with much privacy, the heated swimming pool and hot tub were also maintained in perfect condition and enjoyed by all throughout the week. The house is a short walk (1 mile) or drive to downtown Woodstock with its many unique shops and dining options (Bread Alone was definitely a favorite). We cannot recommend this home (and hosts) more highly and look forward to a return visit!

Our group of five had a great weekend at Lynn's place. It was a short drive to woodstock, where we enjoyed lots of great eats and strolling around the town. The home was wonderful and warm, and a great place to hang during some colder weather. We'd be excited to go back!

Wonderful Woodstock retreat for ski weekend with artistic touches and modern bathrooms updating a rustic, older home with excellent design and spacing allowing comfort for seven. Note the main house has four bedrooms; the fifth is in the detached cabin.

Perfect in every way!
Photos do not capture how beautiful and spacious this home is. We had 6 adults and 4 children comfortably gathered for my birthday. The fully stocked kitchen with lots of serveware made it easy. We awakened to 6 inches of snow on the final day and have to say we were beyond impressed by the prompt plow and shovel service provided first thing in the morning!

This is a beautiful property with many amenities. It is perfect for a family vacation.
Everything was wonderful with the exception of having difficulty with the pool cover. We paid for a heated pool so we wanted to keep the cover on every night. Rolling it up the first night was very challenging because it didn’t function properly. I spoke to the owner who was very responsive. It seems a more user friendly cover would work better.

Lovely stay at beautiful home!
We had a wonderful time here. Two families (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of space for spreading out. The pool was huge and we used it every day (didn’t try hot tub this trip but the view would have been great). Close to Woodstock and several tasty food options (Dixons, Sylvie, and Nancy’s for ice cream). We hope to return!

Relaxing week in the Catskills
We thoroughly enjoyed out time at this property. The house easily accommodated our family, which included my wife, three kids and my parents. The pool was large and well kept. It received a good deal of sun throughout the day. The property itself was clean and had multiple areas for relaxation. no one was in each other's way. Additionally, it was a 5 minute drive into town. The next time I am in the Woodstock area, I will choose this property. Lastly Lynn was so responsive to any questions that we had. She is a great host. Thank you very much.

Perfect getaway
This house has everything you would want in a vacation rental - pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor seating, deep soaking tub, hammock, responsive owners, cleanliness, lots of towels and proximity to town while still being secluded. My family and I had a very relaxing time. The pool was glorious, and the fire pit was a definite highlight, esp since all the wood we needed was right there. I loved all the little thoughtful touches, including tissue boxes seemingly everywhere and several different implements for making coffee (French press, traditional coffee maker, pour over, etc.). Thank you, Gregg and Lynn, for making our first getaway in well over a year so seamless and memorable.

We absolutely loved this home. There was enough space inside to host 2 families with young kids and plenty of space to use outdoors. Locations was incredibly convenient, not only a short walk to the main street but also reasonable distance to winter attractions. Nothing can beat waking up to amazing views from every window.

We Stayed at the house this past weekend and overall it was great. i gave it 3 stars for overall accuracy of online listing because it grossly undersold how great the house was. If i had 1 complaint about the stay it was the coffee maker was impossible to figure out house to use.
