Esta pintoresca casa de playa de dos pisos fue remodelada en 2019 y cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños y una cocina semi abierta, sala de estar y comedor. La puerta principal se abre al nivel del suelo de la casa. Este piso cuenta con dos de las habitaciones de invitados, así como un baño de visitas y la sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. El primer dormitorio está equipado con dos literas con camas de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y camas gemelas en la parte superior. Excellent property, very family friendly! We had 2 families (total of 5 kids all under 9) and grandparents staying in this house. The house was perfect for us with the bunk bed room. It was very close to the beach and the pool/patio in the back was wonderful. The staff was also very responsive to quickly address a maintenance issue we had, excellent customer service! The only thing we didn't love was the very first bedroom right next to the entryway/door was the bunk room, with younger kids we were concerned about one of them opening the door without an adult knowing. If they would put locks higher up on the door, we wouldn't have been as concerned about that. Otherwise this property was perfect! We would highly recommend.

Great space, perfect for our family vacation. Only issue we had was some maintenance that was being done while we were there, which left us without water for a few hours one morning. We were not given notice any maintenance was happening at the house.

Over all this house is beautiful, management was awesome! We had issues with the pool heating the day we got there and they sent someone out there to check it out right away. Didn't have any issues when checking in and everything went really smooth. Will definitely stay there again.

Ever just needed a weekend away with no headaches? Rented this home on South Padre Island, and that goal was achieved. Easy is an understatement. Place was as stated, the team communicated proactively, and things in the house were labeled if not intuitive. The pool was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the home was worth the price!

They did a treatment to kill them and we bought spray to kill them. Our biggest worry is taking them home and it made us very uncomfortable

The location and surrounding area is great. However, the furniture within the unit, specifically the living room area is horrendous and out of date! We felt we were sitting on springs and wood! It definitely needs to be updated. Other than that, 5 stars would've been my rating.

We were very pleased with the house at 106 Oleander. We were allowed to check in early, which was much appreciated, and the house had everything we needed. Called maintenance to get the propane tank filled on the grill and the hot tub heated and they responded very quickly. The house was very roomy and nice, my only suggestion would be to update the bathrooms (still nice, just tubs instead of walk in showers). We would stay again if we come back to the area.

House was clean and updated recently, had everything we needed. Close walk to beach, bars, restaurants. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool and front deck. Advertised as heated pool but we couldn't heat the pool and the hot tub, can only heat one or the other. Couch in living room needs to be replaced, can feel the boards through the cushions. Enjoyed our week long stay very much! Originally found through VRBO but was booked through SPI rentals, payed an extra fee to VRBO for nothing. Will book through SPI directly next time.

This house was well equipped for our family of seven adults and five young children for our ten day vacation. A short walk to the beach, and a great pool and hot tub spa were big hits for all of us! Family Beach Vacation
This property was more than sufficient for our group of 9 adults and one infant. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. The extra beach wagon in the garage was a life saver for our short walk to the beach. It was perfect for lugging all the chairs, boogie boards and our canopy. We also enjoyed the private pool. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfectly Plesant stay
This house is a good nice and a nice central location on the island.
However after me asking specifically ahead of time, the heated pool DID NOT work. and there is no instruction manual add all at the property. Also, there is cups, plates, utensils, etc., but absolutely nothing else...not even salt and pepper. So if you are going to use the kitchen you will need to being everything. We did leave some coffee filter there tho.

Great Family Vacation Spot
Our family of 6 plus, grandparents and cousins all had a fabulous time playing in the pool, playing cards at the dinner table and walking to the beach for some fun in the sun. The location is great! The house was clean and very nice - a good size for the group of 11 of us! The pool was great for adults, younger and older children alike and we all enjoyed the hot tub! The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Great vacation, we were sad to leave and hope to be back again!
