This property is near 1000 ft Feather Ratha Inn hotel. This property converted flats into Rooms.The rooms are clean and restrooms is clean but average facilities. There is lots of room for improvement in restroom is possible. It’s a value for money hotel is the only plus point. The roads to arrived this place also not good, kind of bumpy Auto ride. The reception staff is courtesy. Beds are comfortable cushion. Bed sheets can be improved international quality.

Excellent location, Close to Hotel Feathers where I had an event to attend. Clean, cosy rooms with no frills. Worth the value of investment made.

The only aspect I found enjoyable was the complimentary breakfast provided during my time there.

The hotel's marketing presents it as a 3-star elite establishment, but the reality falls short. Despite paying a total of 11.1k for a 6-night stay, the bathroom facilities are lacking, and both the geyser and AC in the room were malfunctioning. Moreover, the staff's availability was inconsistent, leading to a disappointing overall experience.

Everything is perfect: Very polite and gentle spirit feel with Mr. Kishore & Mr.Raju support during stay. We are traveling with a senior citizen and Ravi Singh from room service has taken care of the same, in-time room service, assisting them with all requirements. Very humble nature & respect for all guests. Rooms are clean and maintain proper hygienic conditions. Quickly Check-in/Check-out procedure. Breakfast is very good, every day it's a different variety and with a warm welcome and service support by Mr. Sugu in the canteen. Specific Rava Khichdi and Puri-bhaji were so delicious.

The location is interior side and needs a proper signboard from the main road, Without google maps it is a very tough task to identify the location. We are traveling by self-drive car, at least in the morning someone helps to clean it. It will be considered more comfortable for guests like us.

I did book based on my experience of Treeebo in Bangalore - but was shocked to see the room and location - it was not clean as well - the roads as well as the facility including reception - luckily I had not paid but was well meaning - I requested to show the room and it was getting prepared - poorly lit , small and looked like not worth it and the staff too was raw - I told him I am not interested and left to find another place -

Everything from road leading to it , facility cleanliness, staff behaviour, room and stairs leading to the room all were dirty - reception too - food too was somewhere far away - the location too was not appealing
