Rooms were spacious and modern. Hotel located close to the twin towers and other surroundings. Awesome rooftop bar.

Hôtel exceptionnel, très bien situé. A quelques minutes à pied des célèbres tours Petronas. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, avec tout le confort, le minibar gratuit réapprovisionné tous les jours. Le petit-déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Il y a différents restaurants dans l'hôtel. Le personnel gentil Je reviendrais sans hésiter

Location was great. Next to both Pavillion and Suria KLCC

*sigh* I’ll keep it short since I want to wipe this hotel from my memory and not let it ruin our experience of KL We had planned our KL trip around this hotel. When we were researching into hotels we stumbled upon EQ and learnt more about the history and rebuild of it. We had planned our itinerary around the hotel. We wanted to try 1 hotel restaurant/cafe per day and also visit the Sky bar every other night since we wanted a relaxing end to our Asia trip for our 30th birthday. We even decided to take a later outbound flight so we could spend some time in the cafe after checkout. But the room left such a bad taste that we didn’t want to spend anymore money with them. * If you are planning to stay here only stay for 2-3 nights. We stayed 6 nights. * Changed room since we were initially placed opposite the lifts and there is no sound proofing so you can hear every time the lift rings. * Rooms not cleaned to 5* standard. Hair on sofa (in both rooms) * Room not hoovered properly during daily cleans * Sliding door for toilet kept getting stuck * Rainfall shower did not work. They tried to fix it 3 times to no luck. * The drain stopper for the bathtub wouldn’t close properly so they had to come in again to fix it. * We were on the 45th floor but somehow there was a bug in the bathroom. That was the only time they came to clean everything properly. * Mould on sink * Again issue with soundproofing - we could hear the kids in the next room * Water system is connected so you can hear when the room next to you has a shower * They did offer to change rooms again on the 4th night but we had given up by then and didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing up everything again. * If you do stay here, bring some ear plugs and wipes. * We left The Conrad in Singapore thanking them for our stay. We left EQ wishing we moved after the 2nd night.

Hotel luxueux Service impeccable Excellent Emplacement

If not for the breakfast spread that was ordinary and limited, I would have rated our stay a 10 for the amazing staff ! Right from the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles. The staff were enthusiastic and happy to serve us. The concierge helped us with our bags all the way to the basement parking when we checked out. Well done and thank you very much !!! Décor in the hotel was modern and beautiful. Room had complimentary beverages and snacks. Bed was so comfortable. Food at Etoile was great and we had a scrumptious Christmas Eve dinner at Kampachi. View from the room was impressive.

Breakfast spread was a bit of a letdown. On Christmas Eve morning, we were ushered to the first floor makeshift breakfast area because of the large festive crowd. Food was cold, coffee was cold. Waffle and French toast were chewy.
