The size of apartment, location and the main bedroom bed was good

The carpet was filthy, there was an aroma in the apartment. The dining chairs were dirty and some smelly. The showers was not very good either.

We arrived and no key was ready. We had to wait half an hour with our kids in taxi till we move to another apartment. When trying to claim taxi refund from them told they didn't agree to taxi. Very stressful situation wouldn't stay again Great views mixed with dingy furniture and stained carpets.

The location and views were excellent.

The carpet was a bit grotty and no hand towels or face cloths were provided.

I liked the location so close to crown casino and eureka

The location was really good, and it was really easy to collect the keys and find the location with the instructions supplied.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, lots of finger prints on the windows, stains on the carpets and throw blankets and lots of scratches and marks on the walls. Also was really hard to figure out how to get in and out of the car park, there was no information about how to open the car park door.
