Breakfast we good, and brought to my room every morning. I was out for one morning as I climbed up Mt Batur and they put come fruit in my fridge for when I got back.

Not directly accessible by car so if you have a lot of bags, there is a little walk to get to the stay.

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Wie auf den Bildern bei booking. Die Besitzer sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker, es gibt zwar nicht viel Auswahl aber dafür wird es dir frisch ans Zimmer gebracht. Es war sauber.

Very close to everything and was comfortable and felt homely. Super comfortable bed and was in the heart of ubud. Staff are very friendly and are always checking in with any needs that needed help with . Super awesome place and highly recommended for a special place.

Nothing as everything was amazing even the food that was made by the hotel.

Location was very close to Ubud market but very quite & close to so many shops & eating in the side alleys/streets. Some great warungs, pizza & past or traditional foods. The host family we found very friendly & always ask us if there is anything they could do for us. Very pleasant stay & would consider staying again. Aircon & shower great ..

Nothing really ….although Tea & Coffee should be in the rooms & bed & towel change after a few days. Having said that, we asked for new towels & a kettle and the host got us one straight away 🙏

Super sødt personale. Man føler sig rigtig velkommen. Fint stort værelse med alt der skal være. Morgenmad ok, ikke noget særligt. Super fin placering tæt på gode restauranter.

Sengen er utrolig blød og vi fik ondt i ryggen af og sove i den.

Mycket centralt, nära till många restauranger osv. Fina och fräscha rum, med bra personal. Frukost serveras på boendet.

Poolen kunde varit lite fräschare, men gick helt klart att bada.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral.Somit waren viele Restaurants und Shop zu Fuß erreichbar. Für weitere Ausflugsziele bietet die Unterkunft einen Roller zum Verleih für 5€ am Tag an. Das personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit:)

Удобное расположение в самом центре, в шаговой доступности есть кафе, лаунжи, магазины и достопримечательности. Очень приветливый персонал. Достаточно полноценный завтрак – тосты с маслом, яйцо, фруктовая нарезка и кофе на выбор. Отлично работает быстрый вайфай, есть место где можно посидеть за ноутбуком. Уборка каждый день. Душ и туалеты с современным биде удобные. Есть бассейн на территории.

Кондиционер доставил дискомфорт – провел три ночи практически без сна, то было очень жарко, то он включался и работал очень громко и сильно дул. Я инженер и понимаю что кондиционер настраивается, но я при всех моих знаниях сделать этого не смог, считаю дело в неисправности кондиционера. Некоторая мебель была поломана – провисла прикраватная полка и не выполняла своей функции, с полки все скатывалось на пол. Стол тоже висел на креплениях, но сидеть за ним можно было, только визуально стол вызывал сомнения. Чтобы выключить свет необходимо вставать и идти к двери. Не было выключателя и света у кровати, хотя в мебели они были предусмотрены ранее.

I loved my stay at Astana House. The whole vibe and atmosphere was so homely. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful, clean and i felt super comfortable staying there. Thank you to Desak and her amazing family, her children Mira and Mickle were also very helpful. The location is perfect, it's close to the center and the market. Highly recommend! T

Schimmel in den Zimmern Kakerlaken Flecken auf den Lacken modriger Geruch Baustelle gegenüber sehr laut zimmer viel zu klein für 2 die Fotos sind nicht aktuell in der Realität sieht es 5 Jahre älter aus

Sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen, ein kleiner Hinterhof mit Pool zum abkühlen.

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen wären fällig.

We stayed at Astana twice, both times we visited Ubud. Both stays were great, rooms are big and location is perfect. Best thing about the guest house is the staff, they are great, really helpful and will assist with laundry and trips / transfers. Can’t recommend enough, great value for money.

The room was very humid and mouldy smell, not a place we would have stayed more than one night unfortunately. Perhaps implementing a better ventilation system could help with the problem. We think the problem was because our room was next to the pool area. Perhaps some other room would be better.

Lovely stay in Ubud, central location but peaceful. Friendly staff. Room was nice, good size bathroom and everything worked as it should. Highly recommended!

De locatie was erg mooi. Kamers zaten aan een prachtige binnentuin. Verder liep je zo het centrum van Ubud in.

Het bed is was behoorlijk hard.

Astana House is really a wonderful place where to stay in Ubud. Situated in the town centre but really quiet and the view was really nice. Room was clean and bed really comfortable. Amenities available and towels clean. Really recommended :)

As a suggestion, it would be great having a mirror also in the room and a more powerful light on the bathroom mirror, but in general really nice stay 😊

Location is great. Tiny piece of paradise in the middle of Central Ubud. Minimal road noise. Pool area was really nice.

The staff was lovely, but their availability. I couldn’t find people at the lobby when I needed them.

The staff was very nice and the pool was nice to swim in. The location of Astana House is also very good.

The room was much smaller than on the pictures we saw on Booking.com and the bathroom was not at all clean. The walls in the bathroom were black on some parts and there were insects in the shower. There was also barely any water coming out of the showerhead.

The location was great. Liked that is was close to everything but off the street where it was quiet

Sheets were yellow TV didn’t work, when repaired the remote went missing, staff didn’t help Confusion around rooms
