Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, alles super sauber gewesen und modern ausgestattet. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, da es sehr ruhig liegt aber man doch schnell im nächsten Ort ist zum Einkaufen oder Baden.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, Haus sehr sauber. Ausreichend Handtücher und Geschirrtücher. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Hängesessel. Der Garten ist groß. Die Hunde waren willkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das ist schnell beantwortet: Einfach alles hat uns gefallen! Sehr schöne Wohnung, wunderschöne Terrasse, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer. Lage sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Schöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen.

Beautiful house in stunning surrounding. Very close to the airport, some 8 min from Zadar, 12 min from Biograd, perfectly positioned. On the outskirts of the village yet a walking distance to local well stocked village shop and a cafe/bar. Super peaceful but in the evening you hear crickets and birds which just adds extra points to the impression. You can see a Velebit mountain range from the house and the garden. The house itself is semi-detached, you can find everything you need, owners make you feel like a part of the family. Rooms are smallish but they are perfect for a holiday home. (I kept imagining how it would be to live here for ever 🤩) The garden is just heavenly. Perfect size with many many little details and several sitting areas. Owners have a lovely kitten and lots of chickens and ducks which we were feeeding. We also really appreciated the fruit and drinks they left for us. We arrived quite late after 14hrs of traveling and their surprise made us very happy. Plenty of space for cars, garden football area for kids, swings, sun loungers, everything one can wish for. One gem of a house.

That we had to return to real life Also we missed a lemon squeezer but couldnt find any in the shop either, so maybe Croats dont use them. The kitchen was otherwise very well equipped.

Great house to stay, big nice garden with olive trees, everything is new, air-conditioning on all floors. Very friendly people. We got wine on our arrival, fresh fruits and vegetables mulltiples times, even local brandy when we left. Debeljak is a small village, 20 minutes away from Zadar. I definitively recommend this place for a family stay.

This was probably the best holiday home rental we have ever had - and we have stayed in many similarly described places around the world. Very well equipped and presented with all quality conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming - with home made pastries and home made wine. The village was small and quiet with lots of places to walk around the area - again with friendly people along the way. Super fast WiFi as well. A large patio in an Olive grove provided a perfect place to eat and relax. And only a few minutes drive to the coast. Superb!

The house looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful, new, fully equipped, nothing was missing, the house owners thought of every little detail! The house owners were kind and charming, prepared us cookies, fruit and homemade wine, brought us fresh vegetables from their garden and even invited us to have the holiday dinner with them. Our request for late check-in and late check-out received immediately. The house provided complete privacy and complete rest after a day's journey with a lovely yard and comfortable seating area and is located in a really attractive location, very close to Zadar Airport, to Zadar Center, just an hour and a half from Plitvička Jezera and Split and the village itself has a nearby supermarket and cafe. We would be very happy to extend the vacation there if we could. warmly recommended.
