Only complaint I have is when your very sunburned from hanging at the beach all day & you have to sleep on sheets in the Turtle room that feel like they have been heavily starched. Sheets could be a softer style - just sayin’

We love Port A and really enjoyed our time at the house. The house was in great shape and the perfect getaway for a last trip before school starts! Rooms were great for holding 8 and had room for more for sure!
The pool was a nice touch as well for a “cleaner” place to swim in the evenings after eating dinner wo having to go to the beach. All around great time and great place to stay! Highly recommend!!!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Orange You Glad to Be Here this past week. The house was a perfect size for our family, was on the corner, and had a nice pool for the grandkids. The house was well stocked with towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was just down the road and there was plenty room for parking. We hope to go back there next year!Marilyn G

Overall, we were satisfied with the size of the house. Kitchen equipment could use an upgrade. Most disappointing part was the horrible smell of smoke as soon as you opened the door. :( Pool was also dirty. I won’t book house again.

Our stay was overall a good stay. Port A escapes has always been my rental go to. They take care if situations fast and that I greatly appreciate.Upon arrival the house to me was not ready. There was still crumbs on the floor which had not been swept. The floor also needs a good mopping. Also, the pool was not as clean as it should have been. Otherwise everything else was good.

Property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room for everyone. I appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels and a stocked kitchen with dishes and pans. The pool was dirty (probably from the weather) when we arrived but someone had come the following morning to clean it. We would stay again!

Great layout with kids. Lots of sleeping arrangements, well-equipped kitchen. Pool was clean and great to have. Two minutes to beach, driving. Needs improvement: no lamps! Every room choice was pitch black or can lights that were like the sun. Main TV was never fixed during 4 day stay even though many promises, but owner refunded about 10% of rent for problem.

There were 9 of us that spent a long weekend in Port A. The house is siper cute...love the bright colors and the ping pong table. We also enjoyed the pool although it was more like a hot tub due to high temperatures that weekend. The house is close to the beach and anything else you need. We had a small issue upon arrival but they were very responsive. Definitely recommend.

We rented several places in Port Aransas and South Padre. This was by far one of the best locations we’ve had. We have six grandchildren, and they love to fish and swim, it was the perfect combination for our family. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Loved staying at this super cute house! We loved having a private pool as well. There were some issues with the pool pump but the pool guy came and fixed it the very next morning. Everything was exactly as advertised!

This condo was perfect for our stay! Location was great, the rooms were set up nicely, plenty of bathrooms and parking. The house was very clean, however, the pool was not clean... it had a lot of sand and debris when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely rent this place again.

This was our second year in a row to rent this house and it is just as great as we remembered. You will not find a better place for a family gathering with kids, parents and grand parents. The rooms are all large and easy to navigate. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need (you just have to be willing to look around) and the POOL IS AWESOME.

We enjoyed our stay. plenty of room for the whole family. first time we got a private pool and the grandkids loved it. plenty of cooking utensils. Coffee pot didn't work well but we managed to get it going. Got to have coffee in the morning. Place was fairly clean we did see a few bugs. what was nice was that the washer and dryer worked beautifully. overall it was a great stay

Overall experience was great! We were a little irritated when the owner of the home ask us to move our vehicles so he could get the golf cart out of the garage. He was nice about it, we just felt it was unprofessional to do while guests were in the house. Bedrooms with bunk beds get hot without any type of fan.

This house is amazing. It is very well appointed and was spotless when we arrived. Everything is in working order and we had zero issues during our stay. The private pool is a great addition and is large enough for our entire family. The grill was clean and full of propane with grilling tools readily available in the house. Water pressure in the showers was very good and we never ran out of hot water. The mattresses were comfortable enough and the linens were crisp. TV and internet service was very high quality, speed was sufficient for all out devices. Parking under the house for three vehicles is very nice. I would strongly recommend this house for families looking to enjoy everything about Port A.

Great Place
The property was awesome with the exception of the pool. I loved the fact that the pool was private however, there was a lot of debris from the nearby trees. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay. Definitely recommend!!
