High View is amazingly spacious and comfortable. It happened to meet our needs perfectly, with the master suite for our son next to the room twin beds for his young children, while we were on the opposite side of the main floor, and our son and daughter with spouses and no kids had privacy in rooms separate from the main area. (One room was actually a separate apartment.) All four couples had large, comfortable beds and all rooms had a full bathroom en suite. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with every kind of kitchenware. The air conditioning units and ceiling fans kept the house comfortable despite the heat and humidity of July.
The location high up on the mountain gave us breezes and a lovely view. The house was comfortably furnished, immaculate and fully stocked. The pool was great, and while the management does not guarantee beach and pool equipment beyond the generous beach towels, previous guests have left lots of equipment, as well as lots of books and games.
The house requires a car or taxi for the steep switchbacks to and from Charlotte Amalie, but there is a restaurant across the street, and the house is convenient to the scenic hilltop routes to the other parts of the island.
The Prestige staff and concierge were always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It was a great vacation!

Very spacious and well laid out. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Since my hubby as Islander, he was able to fix things that might have taken longer had someone had to come out, but all contact was responded to. Was perfect for our family and friends. Well equipped but a little dated in kitchen.

It was a beautiful property, I would trim the trees back a little to be able to see the bay more. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Everyone was so helpful.

The villa was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and many of the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer) was there for us. There also were many games and books for the down time.
Something that is needed is a dustpan. Very picky so I heaitate

Had the pleasure of staying at this place for my week long trip to St. Thomas with my family. This worked well as each room was nice and had its own bathroom. There was no need to share them at all. They place was clean and ready for us at check in. The views were amazing as well. One minor thing is the water pressure changed quite a bit in the showers. Other than that had a wonderful time.

High View Villa was a lovely home with a great pool and amazing views. The location was very convenient to many beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Justin and team were super helpful before and during our stay making recommendations for things to do, and what to eat. I highly recommend Prestige and this location. We will be back!

Property was great, air-conditioning was a big plus, pool was great, view was great. All around great house for our family of 8 - even having extra space left over. Beds were super comfortable!! Very nice having bathrooms for each bedroom!!

What a beautiful property - and it worked perfectly for our group of 10 adults! The views were breathtaking, and the home as lovely as the photos online. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the pool and deck, spacious kitchen, large dining table, and family room. The gated neighborhood was safe and quiet. Kathleen and Justin were so responsive to our questions and requests! We highly recommend High View and Prestige Luxury Villas. Note: We rented two mini vans and learned to take the longer routes to our locations to avoid the steepest, narrowest roads.

High Fun at High View
Loved everything about our stay! Just was very quick with responses and good ideas for place stop go. The villa was perfection! Stocked with all the things we couldn't bring with us (bug spray, towels, pool floats, cookware and dinnerware).
We loved the layout of the house. Every room felt private.
The pool was awesome for parents and kids. Loved that it was all one depth.

View is fantastic.
We really enjoyed our stay close to the top of the island. The pool and view are great. Each room is fairly seperate from each other. We didn't use the downstairs apartment. Would definitely go again.

This property is literally equipped with everything you could possibly think of, only thing we needed were groceries!!!

Beautiful Home
We loved our stay at this home. It had beautiful views and we had plenty of room for all of us. The office was very great to work with when we thought we may have to cancel due to Covid. But it ended up turning out fine. We will stay again in either this house or another property they have. Thank you!!

Views for days
This house is gorgeous with spectacular views of Charlotte Amalie during the day and night. You will spend a lot of time poolside with warm breezes and plenty of lounge chairs. The house is open and spacious with a beautiful master suite that provides the same gorgeous view each morning. There is a second semi master suite with en suite bathroom as well. A third room in the main house area has its own bathroom. All are spacious. The attached room on the main level was the perfect place for our adult son and afforded him some privacy although no one in the main house felt on top of each other. We didn’t utilize the lower apartment with its own room, kitchen and living space but it would have been perfect for another couple. We rented a jeep which made driving the roads of the island fun and felt safer. The entry gate is a little tucked in so right after you pass Sibs on the Mountain (our favorite meal of the trip), look for it on your right.
Some notes about the house: there are some spices but you will need to stop by the market for food. There’s plenty of dishes but only three ice trays so grab a bag of ice for drinks. They have chairs, towels and coolers to take to the beach so you don’t have to rent. We didn’t see any snorkel gear but we may have missed it. The pool light is next to the archway. Open up the large sliders in the living room and you don’t even need the AC.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future!! Thanks Justin!

Great Stay, Incredible View!
The incredible view from the pool deck was unbelievable! The size and privacy of the house was a plus. It is tucked away in a gated community overlooking Charlotte Amalie. The beds were super comfortable and everyone in our party really enjoyed the stay. Note that there is actually a king bed in every room. Location is about 10-15min drive from most things, so not too much of a hassle to get places, and worth it for the view you get. Justin and his team were very responsive. The check in and check out process was very easy. Only reason for 4 stars was that the living room could get a little humid. No AC in the living room, and the idea is to open all the sliding doors and turn on the fan. The bedrooms on the other hand were nice and cool! We also had a longer rainstorm while we were there and the roof in the hall bathroom had a leak. It was more just an inconvenience to deal with than a major problem, but ideally that should be fixed for the next group. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would come back again!

Great layout and location
Overall a great house with excellent layout, beautiful views in a quiet gated neighborhood on a well maintained and landscaped property. Pool was a blast and covered areas around pool deck provided welcomed shade when needed. Each bedroom having an on suite bathroom was also very nice for the entire family and the AC in each bedroom made them welcome retreats. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is around some of the little things that need to be addressed. The Cleaning crew could step it up a bit and there are a number of little things that need to be fixed/addressed such as better lighting/bulbs, updating of certain things like cutlery (even just a knife sharpener), attention to details for things like having hot pads and some updating of furniture that’s been used heavily. Overall a great place that we’d stay at again.
