This BRAND NEW seafront apartment is just a few steps away from the beach. Its terrace has wonderful views to enjoy the sunset while listening to the sound of the sea.
The flat consists of two bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other one has two single beds), a living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
There’s also free private parking inside the building and is included in the price.
The building has also a little supermarket and private access to the sea.

Ideal location being beachfront. Clean tidy property with lovely view over the beach / harbour.

A few improvements needed.
Change of bed linen for 2nd week.
Instructions for disposal of waste food plastic paper and bottles.
Balcony door does not open from balcony side.

......short distances to beaches, restaurants and local shops in Los Cristianos. Great views of the sea (and sunset). Some noice from the pier and ferries but not really a big problem for us. Sun terrace on the ground floor under rehabilitation....hopefully it will be sunbeds there later on !? Missing armchair in the living room but overall a nice place with helpfull and polite host. Can definitely recommend this place !

Beautiful apartment
What a fantastic location, right on the seafront, with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Check in process went very smoothly and the owners were very helpful. Well equipped and very clean. I would highly recommend this property!
