The hotel is in need of modernisation in the rooms, but it is clean and tidy and a great location.

Location near the port. Near sea side and a lot of restaurants. Good enough breakfast and dinner.

La ubicacion y el desayuno buffet fue lo mejor

El personal no fue agradable. Hubo una alarma de incendios, todas las habitaciones fuera, mucho ruido y encontramos una cucaracha en la habitacion. Lo indicamos en recepcion y no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta que solucionase el problema. Las camas dejan mucho que desear tambien.

La discoteca necesita darle una vuelta, tonos más acogedores, luz un poco ,acorde ,algunos espectáculos un poco más cortos y alguien poniendo un poco de música hasta completar el horario,lo aumentaria hasta las 12 de la noche

Food (breakfast) was satisfactory

The room we were given was NOT the room we were led to believe (By Bookings.Com) that we would be staying in. The photograph shown on your website completely misrepresented the room we were actually given. the room was small, no fridge, one plug outlet, no facilities to make cup of tea/coffee, tiny balcony barely room for two people to sit on. It was indicative of a hotel room you would see in the 1970's. Extremely disapointing. An upgrade was not available.

All inclusive was excellent value for money. Every meal was varied and covered all requirements. Our room was the Xtra and the bed was immense. The room was clean bright and airy with a great view over the town from the balcony. Location is walking distance, 3 minutes, to the many shops, restaurants and beaches.

I did not like the amount of mobility scooters using the prom walk and it was all a bit too Brits Abroad for me, but that's personal choice, the town was clean and the facilities were all there, if that is what you prefer.

Furniture in rooms outdated. No tea or coffee .No air conditioning.. in the rooms. High bath to get in & out off for a shower, with curtain inside ….. Too packed for breakfast, & staff not helpful.

Instalaciones muy antiguas. No ofrece la comodidad de un hotel moderno. La televisión no estaba en el dormitorio sino en la salita anexa. No hay nevera en la habitación. Los precios en Los Cristianos son un disparate por lo que esta es una opción aceptable pero básica para un presupuesto de unos 150 €/ noche.

Nothing was exceptional

We paid over 1400 for one week half board.Not once was a HOT breakfast available..Desperate value for money.Never again.it was rip off with booking .com and the hotel.Also linen was never changed and we were on floor 15 which was advertised as SUPERIOR room.A Joke.

Hotellet arbetade med mängd inte kvalitet. Rummet var spartanskt inrett med säng som endast bestod av resårmadrass. Saknade ventilation och AC. Därav fick man ha dörrar o fönster öppna dygnet runt och trafiken på gatan höll en vaken. Dessutom hade hotellet uppträde med musik varje kväll. Volymen var så hög att man inte kunde sitta o titta på det om man inte tidigare var hörselskadad. Matsalen var stor och flera hundra besökare kräver ventilation som saknades. Ett alternativ hade varit att öppna upp trädgården för matgäster och förse utgången med diskvagnar där de som åt ute satte sina glas o tallrikar. Matvarorna var det hög klass på, men köket lyckades förstöra det mesta . Det enda som var hög klass på när det kom ut i matsalen, var tårtorna. Frukten var förvarad för kallt och var fin utvändigt men rutten invändigt. Köttet förvarades i värmeskåp och var torrt och värmeskadat på ytan. Det mesta av brödet var inte färskt utan sten hårda bullar fyllde korgarna. Serverar man lax förutsätter man att tillhörande sås finns på plats, men så var inte fallet. Sushi var sten hård och smaklös, så även jätteräkorna som skulle varit kokta i salt vatten för att smaka gott. I baren i trädgården stod en idiot som gjorde sig rolig på gästernas bekostnad. Som exempel uttalade man en drink fel rättade han inte det, utan låtsades att han inte förstod. Ytorna runt poolen var smutsiga och fulla med fågelskit som man måste högtrycksspruta rent inte sopa, så även stolarna. Toaletten i receptionen stank så illa att man vägrade gå in där. Var jag ansvarig hade kökschefen, den ansvariga för rengöring av allmänna ytor och bartendern blivit utbytta.

Unfortunately, our room was close to the delivery entrance, so at 6 am, we were wake up from the noise Of the rubbish truck .

BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE!! All the staff were so amazing but I have to say Adriana & Naima the reception girls were amazingly accomodating and beautiful! With little effort they made my stay 100 times better than I expected And now I will be Coming back to the Island Just to stay at that hotel. Thank you so much ❤️

Breakfast seems varied but is gradually withdrawn and not replaced long before ending time, untrustworthy receptionist as one didn't know what their desk nr is, with so many foreign customers they should be able to understand basic questions in english over the phone, whenever the room phone works. No reaction when I asked to replace the phone device. No answer to my email either. They seem to have their own perception of rules and regulations about cleanliness and safety, they have an issue with cockroaches inside the rooms yet there are so many holes and crevices on walls, ceiling and furniture that could have been repaired. When I checked in I could see hair on the floor, vanity desk and bathroom. Terrace door closes with a chain that can easily open from the outside. I stayed here three years ago and didn't expect something like this.
