Die Lage in erster Reihe am Strand war ausgezeichnet.

Das Appartement liegt im zweiten Stock. Im Erdgeschoss sowie im ersten Geschoss wurden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Diese waren mit Lärm und Staubentwicklung verbunden. Es war wohl eilig; von Siesta keine Spur.

Cleanness of floors were very poor. Rooms small and flat quite dark, not like pictures in Booking. There weren’t toilet paper at all. Only 3 towels for 2 persons (1 small, 2 large), no towel for kitchen.

Really bad experience with the organization Letmalaga. They got the check-in time wrong and therefore the apartment was not ready for us at our arrival. Cleaning had been done superficially. We were 5 of us and there were towels, bed sheets and pillows only for 4. They promise to do an extra cleaning and provide the missing pillows/towels but did not respect this promise. The apartment has different parts that require manteinance. In addition the photos in the announce showed a perfect and clean apartment, but this was not correspondent to the reality. The apartment is above an ice cream shop and the entrance to the apartment was badly maintained.

apartment has everything a family needs - from kitchen to washer. very nice and beautiful apartment with balcony with a view to the sea. super when traveling with children - beach is just few meters away. windows had blinding covers, which are necessary for a good sleep and hiding from the heat.

Great location for access to beach and restaurants

Flat not being ready at time agreed. Kitchen poorly equipped and quite tired. Doors to balcony not very secure. Some areas of the flat only passably clean.

Had to ring them as they said keys were in the key box and there were no keys there. Eventually we accessed through a key code, when they told the correct details to put in, never mentioned hashtag at the end of the numbers in the message until I rang them.

Bad communication from letting agent. Felt let down after they offered us to stay later for a fee, half night rate, and when I agreed, so they said they would send link to pay , never did , and when I rang the day before we were due to leave they refused to let us stay as agreed and told we would have to leave in the morning , and we had an evening flight which is why we were prepared to pay for a few extra hours. They had taken a booking over our agreed request with them re staying in the apartment. The trouble was they thought that this was ok, maybe for them but not us who ended up in 30+ Degrees heat for 5 hours.
