We loved the location… easy access to stores and restaurants. The patio was a bonus… nice e to have a private patio and watch locals go about their day. Everything we needed was provided. It was a very comfortable stay!

The beds were very comfy and the AC was superb - the house was big and spacious. The patio section was nice and the location was brilliant. The fridge freezer are excellent.

The drinking water facilities were empty - we could have done with some drinking water during our stay. However we bought bottles from the shop.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The price is very reasonable for what's essentially a 2 bedroom house. There is a second rented floor but we barely heard the people staying there. The house has a perfect mix of feeling authentically Mexican but still very modern. The bathrooms are nice and the beds were very comfortable. You even get a patio although we didn't have much time to stay there. The location is great, right on the main road going through the village. You get chickens and other animals (we even saw a squirrel and some turkey-like jumping birds) right next door but it's still fairly quiet. Close to the best restaurant in town, stores, and close enough to the beach.

Furniture could be more comfortable but that's nitpicking, especially for the great price.

The house is cute, very comfortable. Perfect location. We will book it again when returning to Yelapa.
