We had to book the hotel at short notice for 1 night following a flight cancellation. We arrived late and everyone was very helpful. Room and facilities were good for the price. Breakfast was traditional and was ok.

For the money all good. Coffee could have been a little better!

The hotel is not very far from the airport so its location is ideal. There are multiple markets and restaurants very close by so food and shopping is never an issue, however if you'd like to eat in food is provided with your stay at the hotel restaurant which has a great selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The staff are some of the kindest people I've met and were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean at all times and keeps you stocked up on towels, hand towels, and toilet paper so there is never a shortage of them whilst also being very friendly. If you ever have a question the receptionists are always happy to help and give great advice on what tours and trips you should go on. The pool is amazing and we had a blast swimming especially since there are multiple sections of depth meaning both of my children could enjoy it, they provide arm floats and pool noodles too. This hotel and area in general are very safe and we found no issues with any people staying at the hotel or the locals. From Ilhan .

Everything, it was modern, lots of storage, fantastic facilities and two amazing balconies. We all absolutely loved the place. Excellent staff, especially the young man at reception who seemed to be there all of the time

We liked the location which is right in sarigermie village so perfect for dining out and shopping We also liked the peaceful pool with beautiful Mountain View’s.. Also the staff were kind enough to let us keep the room till 5pm free of charge on the last day…

Last year we came to this property and it was better This year instead of daily, cleaning was only completed twice in a ten day stay meaning we had to make the beds and empty bins not what you want to be doing on holiday Also breakfast was very basic and on one day when I came down 15 minutes before end time nothing was available. Most days things had ran out or there was no cutlery. I didn’t bother in the end..

Location is very good and the staff are friendly. Pool area is tidy and enough sun loungers so there's never a problem getting to sit by the pool. The new shuttle service to the private beach is also a benefit.

Given what works well, this could be a really good hotel if there was better management and they addressed the basics. The rooms really need a thorough clean. The room service is very poor amounting to little more than changing the bins. We don't think the floors were cleaned at all during the 6 days of our stay and on at least one day there was no room service at all. The bathrooms and sinks were also never properly cleaned. The breakfast selection was pretty limited and not very varied and even though it's quite a small hotel the breakfast service was often overstretched and slow.

The rooms are exceedingly clean and beautifully designed. The staff could not have been nicer about us changing to a quieter room after one night. The breakfast is served with stunning views of the hills and it is an easy 20 minute walk to the beach.

I would like to have found a gym in the town of Sarigerme. Maybe that will come eventually.

This place was really good. Location brilliant and pool area great.

Only complaint (and its a small one) No bar facilities in the evening. When my husband and I return from an evening out we would have to have been able to have a drink in bar before retiring, Not a major problem as we have travelled to Turkey on numerous occasions and had purchased Duty Free (we were able to have night-cap on balcony) When we were there (end August) mostly Turkish guests which was never a problem, Think they probably cater more for locals than tourists

Extremely clean and private,staff were exceptional in politeness and accommodating.

Breakfast facilities were very nice.My only suggestion would be that the staff mentioned when you request an omelette that it is explained that they add on 50 lira.It’s not a complaint it just wasn’t made clear but as we only ate breakfast there 3 times out of 7 we explained this and they kindly removed from the bill.

Absolutely lovely stay, 20 minutes long walk to/from the beach-excellent exercise, near by lots of restaurants, cafes, bars,shops. Beautiful and safe area. Big room with balcony, comfortable bed. 15/20 min from airport 260 Turkish liras.

Didn’t clean the rooms during stay, breakfast could be with a better varieties.
