The staff was great, friendly and helpful.

Our room smelled like: wet mold or wet dog or very dirty socks. It was overwhelming. We used almost a can of Febreze air freshener just to reduce the odor enough that we could sleep. Also, there was black crud under the soap dish in the shower.

The room was not very neat and smelled of smoke. The pool was gross. There was an odd situation on our floor, an electrical extension cord was run from one room to another across the hall.

Breakfast was delicious exceeded my expectations! Rooms were great!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean! The breakfast was also great! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and for the price, I was a little concerned that the room wouldn’t be clean, or I wouldn’t feel safe there. I felt safe and the room and hotel were spotless!
