The room was very clean, and everything felt like new. The people at the desk were so friendly and it made the visit feel like I was staying with old friends. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Monteagle Tennessee area. Clean, quiet, nice people everywhere you turned.

Amazing clean and nice room. Smelled great when we entered. All facilities were spotless. Service was exceptional. Only minor complaint was that the mattress wasn't comfortable. Perfect place to stay when visiting The Caverns.

Our room was clean but was humid and a little musty. The ceiling had stains that looked like they had been painted over. I was glad we were only here for one night. Staff was friendly and everything else was as expected.

I think the one disappointment was that the rooms had an envelope for depositing a tip in and then to take it to the front desk on departure. To me, cleaning rooms is your job and is NOT entitled to a tip. I never saw you, you never did anything outside of your duties, you did your job, period.

This was a great place to stop. Very clean and fresh smelling room. Lady was very friendly and helpful at check in and recommended a restaurant nearby that we easily walked to. The walk was very welcome after a long drive from Florida. We enjoyed our breakfast too! Definitely would stay here again.

We had a big room with a comfortable, king bed. Overall the room was very clean. The tub/shower had a couple of black spots that looked like mold, and there was hair on one of the shower walls. It was unfortunate since the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom appeared spotless. The tub was also slippery; a rubber mat would be helpful. This hotel has two levels, and there is NO ELEVATOR. I didn't see that in the room description, but could have overlooked it. It was a surprise and a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was very good...waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. Employees were friendly.

The smell in the room was overwhelming(fabreeze ?) the bathroom smelled even stronger-like full strength scrubbing bubbles was left on to dry…I had to leave the exhaust fan on all night…..other than that the room was clean,bed comfortable

We have been staying at the Quality Inn on our way to and from Florida. It is a well kept hotel and the staff is always very kind and friendly. We travel with a small non shedding dog and we like that they don't charge a large fee for the dog like most hotels do. A bonus is that there is a delicious place to eat nearby Mountain Goat Market. Great food. Best chicken salad sandwich ever.

Front desk was very efficient and friendly. Room was nice. But strange smell. But the worse. Part was ac was EXTREMELY loud and it was either. On or off. It was the area. Parking lot dark and not visible. Area seemed unsafe and not clean. Hard to get in parking lot from expressway. Sorry we.will not return.

Staff were friendly despite not being very professional (lady eating chips when I walked up to check in). She did not use sanitizer nor wash her hands as she began pecking at the computer and handling things. It's a pet peeve of mine so that's why the 4 stars for "staff and service". Other than that...5stars!

Overall fine trip. Room was good, breakfast ok. Just fine for a place to sleep. Simple breakfast. Bottom floor can hear heavy walkers, but at least it wasn't very long.
