The hotel is pretty new and the rooms are will equipped. Location is close to most of the city attractions.

Perfect location, close to the city center and main attractions but quiet and relaxing. The food is very good, the rooms are comfortable and staff is very responsive and always willing to help. My suggestion would be some umbrellas by the pool.

We liked everything about this hotel, the location, the facilities, the food and the staff. The selection of food at breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was a good variety to suit all guests. We ate dinner in the hotel and the food was probably one of the best meals we had during our 5 day stay in Porto. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. We will definitely return to this hotel if we visit Porto again.

the music on the tv in the lobby was terrible! I tried to sit and enjoy the lobby, but the TV’s music and the overhead music were competing with each other, and finally the TV’s music drive me out of the lobby.

was a bit far out of town and up hill which made for a longish walk - hard work coming back. view from terrace was in shabby properties on one side. extended stay by a night and it was quite expensive for 2nd to retain room

Great central location yet quiet. I didn't do breakfast, but on my last night I dined in and the meal was absolutely delicious with excellent service - thank you Tiago, Rita and Silva!

location, friendly staff and extra services. The hotel is great in every aspect. it’s 5-20min walk to major attractions and busy areas with restaurants. The cathedral was 5 min walk. The staff was super friendly. The airline lost my baggage and the front deck staff followed up for 2 days. I’m a manner of NH, and when I arrived, they offered me welcome port drink and there were cheese and meat plate in the room. The hotel has fresh mint water and icetea in the lobby for free. There is a restaurant and small bar for drink. I’ll stay again next time when I visit Porto.

A great stay, the room was very comfortable. Position convenient a short walk to the sights and close to cafes, bars and restaurants but a quiet location. Room well set up with lots of sockets even USB ports beside the bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Welcoming friendly staff.

Breakfast expensive but plenty of places available outside. Swimming pool is only a plunge pool, though the view from the deck is great at night.

The place is great. As well as people working there. I definitely recommend asking bartender about wine recommendations - he knows his job :)
