Van was exceptional. Location of van was good in the middle of the site. Good facilities nice family site. Nice little park for the children

The rain weather wasn't the best. Was plenty to do inside. Could do with more choice on fast food.

The van was lovely and clean. Plenty of room for all of us. The children loved the play areas. The food in the chip shop was great. Even a picky 4 year old ate well. Breakfast on the last morning was cheap and filling.

The entertainment could be heard late into the night.

wasn’t told about the swimming pool closed turned up at property to be told there was a door off and in the children’s bedroom tv removed and kebab in the living room pull out sofa smelt of alcohol and wasn’t clean

It looks like the property owners made sure you will feel comfortable and you won’t miss anything. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of DVDs and books. There was lots of elements and decorations that made us feel like we were at home. Natalie was extremely polite and did explain everything we needed to know. We will definetely be back!

Living room/kitchen was musty

Nice and clean caravan, very spacious, just few steps away from the swimming pool. Lots of parking spaces nearby.

No WiFi

This short break was picked to give our 6 yr old granddaughter something different to do, this review should be read purely in that context. Even in March the site was great, plenty to do (although pool was closed), the beach is a short stroll from the main entrance gate, lots of entertainment places nearby ie Rhyl, Abergele, Towyn etc. Accommodation was large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and a large living area, plenty of electrical sockets for charging all our granddaughters tech. Would gladly use this site again.

the only problem we had was that the accommodation was literally 10 - 20 yards away from the "Irish pub", even this early into the season the music noise going onto 1am was a bit too much especially with a 6 yr old.

The property was great clean and tidy loads of room just what we needed for are stay. We would like to thank the property owner for their lovely accommodation.

Natalie was the perfect host, very polite and responded to messages in a timely manner. The caravan itself was wonderful, very homely and comfortable with lot's to do of an evening (dvds, games console, books etc). We will definitely be recommending to family and friends ❤ We didn't use any of the park facilities so can't comment on them.

The van was clean with lots quilts. Felt homely.

Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Couldn't use facilities as no availability as pool needs booking in advance. Staff on site completely unhelpful.

needs a spruce up, settee needs a good clean or replacement, looks like multiple persons have dropped drinks on it en-suite could not open the door and use which made it awkward with only one toilet pleasant enough but really needs a makeover
