Great location near the sea, beautiful beach, lots of attractions around, the 3 days we were there were very successful. Thank you to the owner, very nice and helpful.

It's bad that there is no normal parking lot near the house, you can only park for 1 hour from 8 am to 6 pm. There are 3 parking lots nearby where you have to park your car.

Everything was so horrible and dangerous i feel like i have been cheated as the pictures advertised are totally different from the actual apartment which is like a run down and a prison cell with the ceiling and roof so low that if you are not careful you can smack your head, there was no wife, the toilet door does not close, the apartment is on 4th floor and you have to go 60 step stair case, no bed sheets, no plow cover, no curtains, it was more like a punishment staying there.

We waited outside the extremely rowdy pub that was next door for forty minutes in the pouring rain! We then had a fifteen minute walk to pick up the keys from a kebab shop! On entering, the smell of damp was obvious, and a part of the ceiling was falling away above the seating area! Heavy lumps of plaster were falling throughout our stay! Wires everywhere, bedding unclean, the duvets didn't fit in the single covers! No bedding for a double bed! Across the road was a nightclub, it stayed open till three in the morning, but four -o- clock before the chaos ended! The pub joined to our building was rough, apparently the worst in North Wales for fighting! We witnessed several kick offs! Hot & cold water taps are opposite! Filthy black and brown stained toilet! Horrible smell from built-up rubbish outside the bathroom and kitchen windows! I cleaned up plaster in the bathroom from the back wall, still in state of repair! Two plates, knives & forks, four cups! Nothing else at all in the not so clean kitchen! Dirty cloth & filthy sponge in the kitchen sink! Greasy cooker! We did not go in the kitchen, too unsanitary! Front door had been kicked in the day before we arrived, it wouldn't shut! The kitchen bin was filthy! The fire escape outside one window held thousands of chicken bones, yuck! The TV didn't work! The wires are dangerous and around the room! No decor, not even a lamp in any room! The bump beds in the main room are unsafe, causing wobbling! The vicinity is one of the most deprived areas of Rhyl, the amount of pubs with alcohol dependents, drunk and rowdy is ridiculous for anyone staying in that area! We had to just use the place to sleep, as there was nowhere else available! Talk about disappointment is untrue!

Never received the Keys, rang the numbers provided and went down to see MR KHAN 13 Kinmel Street to collect keys….all excuses didn’t know you had booked…I just hold the key…BOOKING.COM should be ashamed of listing a property where the business was LIQUIDATED ON 4/4/23, NO REFUND FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT USE….THIS IS FRAUD!!! A SCAMMER!!

I was greeted by dog mess at the front door. had to wait 1.5 hours after check in time to be let in the property. the property had not been cleaned after previous guests. I was told the bathroom in our room had a collapsed ceiling but could use the facilities in another room but we couldn’t lock it as lock broke! TV missing. things left in cupboards and fridge. I refused to stay, and I’m fighting to get my money back. the customer service is shocking. no one rings you back. no one emails back when I finally got an email address. when I have spoke to someone via booking.com messenger they spouted lies including the fact i didn’t make a complaint at the time, which I did and was also in contact with booking.com immediately via telephone. DO NOT use this company.

Everything .Myhusband has Parkinson’s and had a life saving operation in October 2022 so he can’t walk far we had to walk to a pizza shop to collect keys from a mr khan when we found our apartment it was up 7 floors of stairs no lift it was in the attic and couldn’t believe our eyes when we opened the door I’ve taken lots of photos the BATHROOM smelled of urine all pee round base of toilet and inside it was filthy not flushed the sink looked like 50 people had been spitting in it it’s disgusting the shower was filthy the shower curtain was all crusty on the bottom the shower head etc was all full of slimey stuff the base were u stand was full of dirty black hairs all over .KITCHEN the cooker was absolutely disgusting don’t think it had ever been cleaned dip in the floor floor unsafe at side off cooker.LIVING ROOM we had to be careful due to dips in the floor my husband fell on numerous occasions due to the floors he as got a few bruises and done something to his foot all the carpet was stained tv didn’t work Wi-Fi didn’t work we basically lived in the bedroom . BEDROOM sockets didn’t work bedding stained and black hairs all over it .DOORS all bodged work felt really unsafe it was appalling I fell down 6 steps trying to carry large suitcase up the stairs which I am going to drs when they open Tuesday as badly banged my knee and fell on my thumb I’ve got ill health and high blood pressure and came out of hospital after a suspected heart attack last month the stress we have gone through is terrible it ruined our holiday outside our building we came out and their was 2 men sticking needles in their arms laid in front of the door we had to step over them it was really scary then outside music booming due to people sitting outside taking crack etc at nite . All my family use booking.com and advised me to use ur site I honestly cannot believe that you can advertise this property it’s a sham I will be getting a solicitor it’s not even the same property you have advertised

If you're reading this review DONT book this place, it's by far the worst place I have ever set foot in... dirty and moldy, bed bugs, not been cleaned for a long time, cannabis remains on bedside table along with rubbish, no hot water, not as described.. small falling apart disgusting pit. Dodgy deposit where you have to go to a takeaway and pay 100 pound cash only! Which is illegal and booking.com admitted this was right, I didn't stay here after I saw it fro myself and booked elsewhere. The owner refused a refund and claimed it had been cleaned, I got a refund through booking.com after providing evidence Needs knocking down :)

The place was dirty.. Filthy bedding in bed, stained mattress, things left in fridge, washing up in kitchen, dirty toilet oh not to forget the fungus that was growing in the kitchen..I do have photos of what we walked into. Was handed keys in middle of Rhyl town centre. Have had to clean it before we started our holiday. Not as pictures show not worth the £177 pound of my hard earned cash.When I contacted them regarding the broken TV and heater no reply still and messaged them on the Tuesday night. I will be contacting for a partial or full refund. Will never be booking and advise others not to. The place is basically above a kebab shop that has three rooms supposedly done out. Not suitable for families. No fire regulations followed and the attic room we were given beams are dangerous especially if your over four foot..The accommodation ruined what was meant to be a birthday break.

nothing , it was not the same apartment that I was booked. all rooms we’re dirty. mold on the walls. no heating , very cold . I was with two small kids , it was so cold I'm shocked. when I wrote to the hotel about the problem, they did not even respond. No hot water .

Struggled to get in touch with contacts given for key collection, takeaway I was told to go to was closed and was later redirected to a coffee shop in the town centre. When we got into the apartment there was a guy sleeping in there! A spare set of keys had been given to him by mistake by the young girl at the coffee shop. We had to leave for nearly 2 hours as the guy was refusing to move and then the bed linen had to be changed. WiFi does not work, TV screen was smashed so we couldn't use that either. Kitchen is ill equipped, not enough crockery or cutlery for the 4 of us. Bathroom was filthy and there was no shower curtain. Place is freezing cold with just 2 electric fan heaters, one of which we were made to give to the guy that was moved from our apartment to one upstairs. Only stayed one night as the lock on the door wouldn't work, the key was just turning freely in the barrel. Could not get in touch with anyone to let us in so ended up paying to stay elsewhere. Finally got hold of someone the next morning to force the lock so that we could get our belongings from the room. All in all, a horrific experience and the place is best avoided at all cost!

It has a four walls and a bed. Can't even say that having a roof is a positive for this property.

The landlord requires you to make a direct bank transfer to him prior to arrival rather than charging via booking.com. Day 1, I arrive at 19:00, the takeaway I'm supposed to pick up the keys from was already closed. The person on the contact number was not expecting me. The other takeaway I was re-directed to knew nothing as well. There are no radiators in the house only electric heaters and both were broken the first night. NO help until 15:00 the following afternoon. given one electric heater for the whole property for 5 nights. Last night in the property, the roof leaked and the fire alarm went off at 05:00, for 90 minutes no one came to check if the guests were dead or if the property was burning or not. Noone was answering the emergency numbers on the wall poster and when one person picked up, he asked me if I could see a fire in the house? 90 MINUTES AFTER THE ALARM WENT OFF?! I checked out at 06:30 in the storming rain as clearly noone will attend the property if there was an actual fire. I had to sleep in my car before going to work the following day. No messages from the land lord to apologize or explain their hazardous response.

I thought you get what you paid for. So, it was okay for us that the apartment was completely dirty, even the bed sheet and that there was only one towel. We had apartment Nr 3 - again you get what you pay- one bedroom and one living room ??, just a spare room with a couch. We thought we'll get the one with the bunk bed since we didn't want to sleep in one bed (that was the reason why we chose the apartment and not a hotel, totally regret it!) The landlord texted me several times in the morning because of the payment. As soon as he had the money, he disappeared. I asked him if we could have another flat since the other seemed to be spare, or if we could get another blanket (then one of us slept on the couch). I called him several times since there was no heating and we were freezing!! Even with this blanket it was way too cold but only having one and sleeping in different "beds" doesn't make it better... Instead of ghosting, you could have just told us that we can't get a heater/blanket. The kitchen is not usable, not enough equipment. And unless you want to get a Ratatouille experience, I wouldn't recommend using it (haven't seen any rats YET), I think this flat got never really cleaned, found crisps and empty beer bottles in the kitchen. The roof in the kitchen seems to leak. Big minus point: you can't close the bathroom door (it opens into the kitchen). We decided to visit Mr Kahns diner again, we explained him our issue and so we were allowed to take one blanket from another flat to ours (should have done this the first night, but I hoped the landlord responded; moreover, this showed us that the flat we asked for with the bunk beds was free). Wi-Fi is not working. Seems a bit picky since it is totally cheap. But heating is the bare minimum and I really disliked how the owner just disappeared and never responded to us. Can't recommend it because you get even less than you paid for!

I loved every minute of my stay, kool little self contained pad in the town with all you need to enjoy Rhyl. Would stay again for sure.

Not great if you struggle with stairs, it's steep and there's 3 floors but if your ok with that it's great value for money.

We had to collect keys from a different property beforehand (Mr Khan was not told we were staying but very kindly gave us the keys) I had no cover on the double duvet; only three cups (4 of us) one small towel each for two nights! Bathroom needs updating, good shower. a few flight of stairs which are tiring if physically not fit 😜 Nightclub opposite, very loud revellers outside but to be expected.
