Family spring break and we had never been to cocoa beach. The sunrises were perfection! Our daily beach walks were refreshing and calming, laid back vibe was very much needed. Oh and we saw two rockets launch right from our balcony. We will stay again!

Property was clean with an excellent ocean view north to the space station and south as far as the eye can see. Saw 2 rocket launches from the balcony so we didn’t even have to go to the beach. The beach was very close and the property was secure.

The views were incredible! The condo was in great condition. It had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was well stocked with large baking pans, which was helpful for our family dinners. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. There were more than enough beach and bath towels. The kids were impressed with the boogie boards and basketball in the closet, while we enjoyed the beach chairs. The condo was extremely quiet. While inside we couldn’t hear any neighbors. We also used the pool and hot tub frequently. We traveled a little over an hour for a magical day at Disney and we’re back to the condo in time for a sunset. We got to see one rocket launch at night from the condo and one daytime launch from Jetty Park. The condo was easy driving distance to many places such as Publix and Ron Jon’s. It was 10 minutes or less to any nearby location we needed. We enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely what we wished for.
I own my own cleaning company back in Chicago.
The only thing that could use improvement is detailed cleaning. The wall in the kitchen had a strange smell to it. I wiped it down with Dawn Power Wash. The toilets could also use more detailed cleaning, as well as the bathroom sinks. Found pink mold on faucet bases. Also, bathtubs could use a thorough scrubbing.

This is our 3rd year of staying here. We have thoroughly enjoyed all this lovely location has to offer. Kelsey and the staff are some of the best customer service representatives we have ever worked with. We are already booked for our "hine away from home " for next season.

This is my 4th time staying at Cape Winds. We love it here! The condos are quiet, fully stocked, close to stores and restaurants, and have beautiful views of the ocean. Kelsy was excellent at keeping me updated and answered all my questions. This is the ONLY place we'll stay here in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area.

Large, clean and comfortable apartment suitable for four people.
Direct sea view. You can see the sunrise every day.
Few minutes to reach the beach and also the pool is wonderful.
We enjoyed the time very much and want to come back.

Perfect!
The property was extremely nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even had umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels available. Exactly as described, wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had a wonderful vacation in this ocean front condo! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. We had the added bonus of seeing two rocket launches from the beach in front of the condo. We would love to stay in this condo again!

Beautiful condo with lovely beach. Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was exceptionally clean as was entire condo and facilities. Tennis courts very nice! Nice location a bit away from more crowded areas of Cocoa Beach – but very close to everything. Communications with property management/owners was incredible. Probably management company best I have ever experienced when renting through VRBO. Attentiveness and follow up were fantastic. Highly recommend

We really loved out stay. First time in Florida. The condo is fantastic with great views. Got to watch cruise ships go in and out all week. Saw a rocket launch. We loved it so much we are going for 2 weeks next year. First time we've done that in 20 years.

Great getaway
Everything about the week was perfect. The condo was exactly as described...clean, great views, well stocked. The pool was sparkling, the beach is only steps away and felt private, the sound of the waves drowning out all other sounds. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I think I should set it up for... tomorrow!

Wonderful Vacation Choice
This was the first time using VRBO and this location. Pictures were true to the condo, condo was clean and beautiful, large corner balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The condo was supplied with everything you needed except groceries - including a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Beach was clean and not super crowded.. We plan on renting this specific condo again.

Great Location and Clean
We loved our stay here. The views were amazing, it was quiet and the pool was perfect for our kiddos. The only thing we would suggest is an upgrade in the master bed, as it wasn't very comfortable. We could have utilized a couple more pillows in the condo as well. Overall it's a 4-5 star place to stay. It's clean, great location, and I would recommend to others.

Being forced to change review
What is not relevant to the property? Why must I change the review. I am never unduly negative.... We loved the view, beach and neighborhood. The provided beach chairs and umbrella where nice to have. The condo was in pretty good shape but it can use some paint. If you have young children the ten o'clock pool closing time makes it impossible for them to sleep. Every night was pretty loud. I would recommend Apt 501 on the opposite side from the pool with the same corner balcony or any apartments between 01 and 07. Units 01 to 07 on each floor gives you a beach facing balcony without overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is an under equipped mismatch of dishware, utensils and glasses. The dishwasher is broken. Bathrooms and living area are nice. The location is perfect for the beach and short drives to restaurants and attractions. Covered parking is nice and the tennis courts are fantastic. We liked our stay but the noisey A/C, lawless pool area and broken dishwasher was a bummer.

Cape Winds 508 was the best condo we've ever rented! Immaculate condo with a stunning view. Kelsey was an amazing host and we couldn't have asked for a better condo. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor beachy and upscale. The ample paper and cleaning supplies were an added bonus to the well stocked kitchen. There were even beach towels and chairs provided. We saw Disney cruise ships, dolphins, a SpaceX rocket launch, military aircraft of all sorts and the daily “pelican patrol” was always entertaining. We loved this place and will be back. The quiet residential location was truly a blessing compared to big hotel complexes. Loved Cape Canaveral and had an amazing vacation.

Fantastic property
First time staying on the beach. The wrap around view was great - could have either patio door open to catch the breezes. The place was very quiet after 10:00, and all neighbors very friendly. During the times that were a little cool, we watched the ships, dolphins, and surfers from the patio. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Thanks for a super vacation!

Best unit in the building!
We loved our stay in 508, a perfect corner unit with sunrise and sunset views from the wrap-around deck. It has everything you need, a very clean feel, beautiful beach, pool and hot tub, and all the supplies for fun on the beach - would definitely return and highly recommend!

AMAZING corner balcony/view
The property was exactly as stated and pictures. Nothing beats the views of this large corner balcony. Pool was never packed and kept at a warm temperature. Beach was a quick walk outside the building. Was super happy to have the beach chairs, umbrella and toys provided (we brought our wagon from home to hall everything). We would definitely stay here again. No complaints. Words of wisdom though: I saw many neighbors leave their shoes outside their door (because of sand). I left my tennis shoes outside one night and the next morning they were gone. No ones fault but my own. So I recommend you do not follow suit. :)

Great beach stay!
We thought this property was excellent for our family of 5. We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony. It would be a perfect spot to watch a launch, too. The pool area was nice, the hot tub was hot, and we had quick and easy access to the beach. There were beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys there for us to use. The building is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. There was lots of convenient parking and an elevator so we didn’t have to drag our suitcases up and down stairs. The property management offered helpful information about the area prior to our arrival, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We would defiantly stay here again for future visits.

Beautiful ocean front corner condo on the 5th floor. Balcony wraps around providing panoramic views of the beach, Cape Canaveral launch complexes, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Fantastic location! We would definitely stay here again.

A Slice of Paradise!
I really enjoyed the Apartment. Great view. The Dryer heating is not good, so I used the Dryer downstairs...seriously that was the only issue.

Nine days in paradise
Our group consisted of four adults. This property is even better than presented on the website. The views are amazing! The balcony has high-top tables and chairs -- perfect for seeing over the railing. The proximity to the beach access couldn't be more convenient. This condo is in a quiet, attractive neighborhood. The building, while not new, is maintained very well. Also, the available unit amenities (dishes, utensils, beach chairs, towels, etc.) far exceed what is described in the listing. I would only suggest that the number of towel rods or hooks in the bathrooms be increased. We will definitely reserve this unit again! Drew and Meg were awesome to work with!

The condo was very nice, views are amazing. Very nice patio that had a lot of space for everyone to sit out on and enjoy the scenery of the beach. Hearing the ocean and waves crashing is the most peaceful sound. We had a very nice family vacation and definitely would come back and stay again.

This condo is in a perfect location. Beach view from the back porch, quite neighborhood and emergency services 1/4 mi down the street. Location was right near everything a family would want (fishing, ocean, pool, KSC and launch pad and so much more). We will be back next vacation.

Great Place & Location! Highly Recommend!
This was our second time staying at Cape Winds and both times Drew was our contact person. I highly recommend Cape Winds and the Stay In Cocoa Beach Property Management Company. With the COVID situation, we had a million questions for Drew leading up to our stay. He always responded quickly and answered all of our questions. Check in and Check out was super easy. The views from 508 are amazing. It is quiet, clean and everything we had expected. I would definitely come back to Cape Winds and stay at one of the Stay In Cocoa Beach units again.

Great Place right on the Beach!
We enjoyed returning to this Unit which has everything our family could need when we visit the area. Great location with a fabulous balcony for both sunrise and sunset and a good swimming pool. A comfortable place in a quiet spot, close to all the area attractions and not too far from Orlando for day trips. Drew is very professional and always a pleasure to work with too.
