The townhouse was just like the pictures! We loved the balconies and the easy walk right out to the beach! The beach views were amazing! This part of the beach was never crowded. It was quiet and very family friendly. The house was perfect for our big family. We all had plenty of space. The kids loved the garage area with the ping pong table. It was also nice to be able to just drop all our beach stuff in there too. The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we loved this house and would definitely come back!

I booked this place for my whole family to spend the week. I cannot speak highly enough of the host Paradise Beach Homes. They were so responsive anytime we called with questions. The rental was so beautiful and spacious. The location was perfect and the place had all the amenities and conveniences we needed. We got tons of use out of the kitchen and living area. Great location and nice home. The only thing that we did not liked are the beds, they are hard and very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. Also, they should provide more blankets, bed sheets, etc. Other than that was a nice little vacation.

This townhome on the beach was wonderful. All amenities were great. So close to the beach. We were on fall break with our kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room for all. Kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were perfect views . We saw dolphins everyday and a sea turtle one day. Extra refrigerator came in handy and the kids loved the ping pong table in garage. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental . Clean and very well stocked with all kitchen supplies. Hope to rent this place again next year

We had an incredible time here. The view was amazing. You can not beat the short walk to the ocean water. The trolley that runs during the summer had a stop very close by which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the condo. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a lot of beach eqpment in the garage that I suppose past renters have left. Chairs and umbrellas too. Things both children and adults could use. Y only suggestion for improvement would be to have more towels, etc in the house. There was only one set per person. It was a lovely property on the perfect location.

This property was everything weve been looking for in a beach vacation home! This was our 3rd year to go to Pensacola Beach and now we have finally found the place we plan to book every year for now on!
There was plenty of room for our group of 10. Loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds for the teenagers. And the garage full of beach toys and chairs was great as well. Definitely helps not having to worry about packing things like chairs and boogie boards in the car!
We will definitely be booking this house again next year!

If you are looking for peace & quiet without crowds or tourist-like experiences, this is your place! The pics do not do this property justice - it is closer to the water & space feels larger than what is portrayed in still photos. You feel that you are already 'on the beach' while sitting on the sand-free patio with easy access to the bathroom & kitchen. 2 options to wash off the beach - ground floor & off the main deck space. We stayed at this property with 2 additional families & the space was abundant for 12. Extra bonus to have the ping pong & game space in the garage with immediate access to the beach & storage of beach equipment. Another bonus was the additional refrigerator in garage to store the extra beverages! The beach is very clean & the property provides several chairs & beach toys for your convenience.Kitchen could use a few equipment updates - especially when trying to cook for 12. Cooking utensils are flimsy, an electric griddle would be great for additional cooking space. Property was VERY clean & well-maintained. It is newer decor & recently updated. Beds were comfortable.It was frustrating (although I should have read this info ahead of our arrival) that we only had enough dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper & garbage bags for 1 day. There was no liquid hand soap (only small bar), no paper towel, no laundry soap & no kleenex. It makes most sense to bring some of these items from home - if they travel easily (ex: garbage bags). I would pay extra to not have to worry about securing some of these items within the 1st day of your vacation.With a 5pm check-in you may be compelled to order food for delivery - beware. We struggled to find a place to deliver. The location is several miles from businesses & restaurants. Publix is the closest grocery store & will take 15-ish mins one-way. It was great to only have to clean the kitchen prior to departure & not worry about st

The townhome at 1704 Calle Bonita was very clean, in a wonderful location and a perfect size for our family. The master bedroom and deck was spacious and nicely decorated. The main living area and alternate bedrooms were average sizes, and also very pretty. We found it odd that there were no beach towels provided for use, and the gas in the grill was empty. There were a few other small items we would have appreciated having for our use. Everything considered, it was a great fit for our family of 6, with plenty of room and it was very enjoyable to have 2 decks and direct beach access.

We had a great off season stay at Calle Bonita 1704 as a Christmas get away for us and our adult children. It was spacious and well appointed, directly on the beach for long walks looking for seashells, and everyone had a great time! Highly recommended.

Overall a great place to stay - steps to the beach, plenty of living space and a kitchen that was incredibly well-stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and it was perfect! However, the master shower door was broken and could not be fixed according to the guy who came to look at it. So we had to “rig” the door so the bathroom wouldn’t be flooded. Another major issue was the downstairs shower could not be used while other water was being used or it would be ice cold. Not sure what the problem was on that but quite frustrating when it’s cold outside and we wanted a hot shower! The vacuum also needs to be replaced - we broke a glass and it barely got it up! Luckily the positives outweigh those things. Hopefully if we decide to return those issues will be resolved.

What a great place for our family vacation. Has a walkway right to the beach from the back patio. The kids were able to play in the sand while the adults sat on the back porch and had drinks because it is so close. Awesome views for sunrise and sunset. Had plenty of chairs and toys for us to use on the beach. There was even an inflatable raft that the kids used. Beds are very comfortable. Only complaint is it could use a few more bath towels, but perfect place otherwise. We will definitely use again.

The house worked out perfect for us. While instructions say beach towels are NOT provided, this is a beach house and that is one area that I feel could be improved. Packing towels for the beach is cumbersome and all other beach houses I have stayed at have all provided them.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The location is good. Not too close to the touristy part of Pensacola beach but close enough to get to for dinner and fun stuff without a long drive. The walk out to the beach was the easiest I’ve ever done. There are no steps to take stuff up and down to get onto the sand. It’s literally right outside the door and the convenient garage to keep all the beach stuff on the ground level was a dream. The bedrooms were a good size. We were able to put up 2 pack and play cribs in the master bedroom and set up a baby bottle station on the bathroom counter. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of meal seating for everyone. The other main living areas were roomy and we were able to have all of the adults hanging out in the same space while the kids played in the room. The deck is large and the outdoor furniture is sturdy and comfortable. This is not a property for the mobility impaired as it is at least one flight of stairs to the main living area and another to the additional bedrooms. Luckily we were all able bodied people and had no issues. I would recommend this property and wish we could have a standing reservation every year as it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The property at Calle Bonita is one of the best property you could stay at if you are visiting Pensacola. The property is just superb, clean and neat from inside, all the amenities are available within the property, a nice garage with an amazing table tennis table. Apart from all of these, the best part is the view from the property. The property gives an amazing view of the beach and has a private section of the beach to enjoy with family. I know I will be back, I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Calle Bonita 1704 so much! Our entire crew, 3 families combined, had plenty of space and loved each day! Easy access to the beach and served as a wonderful area for family photos! The property was very well maintained. There was some uncertainty if chairs/beach items would be available onsite, but there ended up being plenty! Great customer service. Not many restaurant options, but I believe some were being renovated or were temporarily closed. I would absolutely recommend this property to any friend or family, just for the view and property alone!

The booking to dropping my keys off when the vacation was over was easy. Staff was amazing. Only issue I had was internet wasn't working for a few days but staff got it fixed. They also had a conference room available if I had worked from home and needed the internet. Overall very happy with my stay.
