Very good location, fair equipment and enough space in the appartment. Positive overall experience.

Thermic and phonic isolation isn't top, so it was a little hard to sleep well when there's noise outside. Parking spots are a little tight. Accessibility is limited, need to go through stairs to reach the lift. The lift is very tight if you need space for a stroller for example.

La disponibilidad y amabilidad de los administradores para poder entrar antes de las 15:00 y la disponibilidad del aparcamiento en el mismo edificio, es todo un lujo.

No me gustó que no ofrecieran desayuno a pesar de no ser un apartamento barato y no céntrico como ofrecen en otros apartamentos turísticos, donde te dejan para poder hacerte tu café, tostadas y fruta, que sin suponer un coste elevado, se agradece.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. El piso es cómodo y agradable, tiene dos habitaciones amplias y su cocina y mesa de cocina eran muy bonitos y confortables. Tiene bastante lugar para guardar maletas. El acceso es cómodo y el anfitrión, aunque no lo vimos, fue muy atenta y considerada. Está bastante cerca del centro sin estar en él y bastante cerca de santa justa y de números negocios. El piso está muy bien y viendo los precios que hay alrededor también estaba bien de precio.

Una de las cosas que menos me gustó fue la ducha, aunque estaba bien tenía ciertos problemas. Los colchones no me parecieron cómodos, los colchones están en buen estado, en muy buen estado pero para mi no eran cómodos. No se si lo aconsejo para familias con niños muy pequeños, ya que a la entrada hay escaleras y en el apartamento los muebles son de cristal, no los veía muy seguros para niños. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que no tenía parking, en realidad ofrecen parking pero no para mi coche que es una furgoneta y encontrar parking es bastante complicado.

El alojamiento está nuevo y cuenta con garaje. Las camas son cómodas y además está totalmente equipado. Además, se puede acceder andando a los principales sitios turísticos, que están a unos 20/30 minutos andando.

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Quizá que el baño de la habitación olía un poco fuerte a tubería por poner algún pero, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar con un ambientador.

El apartamento está bonito

Un solo baño para 5 adultos es insuficiente. No deberian aceptar una reserva así. Este apartamento nos apareció con filtro de dos baños. Los alrededores del edificio tienen mucha basura, encontramos una cucaracha en la cocina. La dotación de papel higiénico es prácticamente nula. Hemos estado en varios apartamentos turísticos y este es el único en el que la dotación es extremadamente mínima.

It was a pleasant apartment stay. The host was exceptional, promptly meeting us with the keys within a minute of our arrival. They guided us through the apartment, which was conveniently situated near public transport and the train station. A supermarket was also conveniently located nearby. The apartment boasted a comprehensive range of amenities including comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a balcony. The added flexibility of an early check-in was granted, and they kindly permitted us to store our luggage after check-out due to our 3-4 hour gap before heading to the airport.

The only drawback was the need to ascend a few steps before reaching the lift/escalator. This could pose a minor challenge for travelers with heavy luggage, or those accompanied by strollers or prams.

Location was not what I expected. Not close to metro stop, but that was my error in booking this apt. It was a bit of a hike every day walking to the places we wanted to see

The property was clean, modern and easily accessible. Cristina met us at the property and was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and also assisted us in facilitating parking for an extra car which we were happy to pay for. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. There was an iron, ironing board, airer and the kitchen was equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and cooker as well as tableware. The property was secure and walking distance to the city centre, restaurants and supermarkets which meant we did not need to drive! Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely book again

The living area was slightly small for the number of us that were staying in the property but that isn't a criticism given there were 4 adults and 3 children in the property.

There was renovation work in the building which forced us to wake up early in the morning

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The host Karina received us very well and gave great us advice on where to go!

The garage is quite tight, but not much can be done to improve it.

The host sent us the code to the parking garage and then met us to hand over the keys. She gave us lots of great information about the local restaurants, tours, and shows. She even booked a Flamenco show for us and we got front row seats! It was easy to find the parking garage which was located under the apartment building. The apartment was comfortable and quiet and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

A bit away from the main sights in Sevilla but still walkable.

This place was super clean, comfortable, and stylish. Appreciated how easy it was to enter as well, instructions were clear!

Wish they provided soap and shampoo/conditioner in bottles/containers. It was hard using the little packets for our family. Other than this minor thing, the place was exceptional!

Location, only 5 minutes drive from the train station, and walking distance from restaurants. Apartment was clean.

The apartment management didn’t provide any hand washing liquid soap in the bathroom, no kitchen towels (paper towels) at all. They provided 2 used toilet paper rolls that were not enough for 3 people to last for 4 days, we ran out in less than 3 days. When we requested for an additional toilet paper roll, they said, “No”, they don’t provide additional toilet paper. We ended up buying a toilet paper roll and a hand washing liquid ourselves.

There were couple of big supermarkets within two blocks so if you travel with family, it is convenient.

- Before I arrive, staff contacted me chasing our details via WhatsApp asking me to send our passport copy. I did not feel comfortable about it then the staff told me she has few other apartments in charge so she is busy. official check in was 3pm and we arrived there on time but the staff said she would be there by 4pm. I did not want to wait around for her after tiring flight so at the end I got in to the apartment with code they provided. This was already unpleasant start. - Place was not clean to my expectation so I contacted then that evening a Spanish lady showed up without any notice. It turns out she was the cleaner but did not speak any English and she was unhappy.. 2nd disappointment is to sending a cleaner just like that with any arrangement with me. I let her leave of course, as we wanted to rest. - we booked for whole one week this apartment and they gave us 2 toilets papers in total and one tablet for dishwasher/ washing machine each. When I asked for more toilet papers on 2nd day , the staff told me off that 2 toilet papers are welcome kit pack and that is all they provide. if I need more, I should buy at the supermarket. However I felt this is unfair at all when a family with young boy total 3 of us staying here for 7 days, they should provide more toilet papers for sure !!! right ? only after I complained, they provided extra toilet papers on the 4th day ( but it was too late. I bought them in a supermarket already as I do not want to run out ) Overall their service was terrible to greet and meet our expectations. I would not recommend to stay here especially for a family. one of staff told me even they are doing my favor to give extra papers ..... what do you think ? I do not think I am unfair. I have been staying in other apartments in Spain as we here for 6 week holiday. I must admit this service was the worst. Now I am staying other apartment in Granada and staff service is here very helpful and welcoming.

Apartment located centrally in Seville old town district. Very well furnished, spacious and it had stores a restaurants around the area. Definitely enjoyed our stay here!
