Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and room. Very friendly staff who went out of their way help at all times. Javier was outstanding!

La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra al lado de la calle sierpes, una zona comercial abierta, en pleno centro y ademas, está a unos 5 minutos aproximadamente a pie de la catedral. La habitación no es muy amplia, pero está muy bien diseñada. Cuenta con micro, fregadero, cafetera y tetera. Reponen a diario las capsulas de café y de té, todo un detalle. El personal muy amable, en especial Nerea, que nos recibió el primer día, nos explicó que podíamos visitar y nos recomendó dónde comer.

-Very professional, attentive and friendly staff, sorted out the arrangement of my stay beforehand, allowed me to check in earlier than stated, helped me with my luggage and made my stay better -Microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils are provided, which is a plus -Good location

-Soundproof is bad in the room, close to a noisy street, could hear people chatting and laughing outside, also hear other hotel guests typing in the code and banging doors -Very high ceiling which looks great in terms of aesthetics but for a short girl like me, I could not close the curtain properly -Saw other people’s hair on the bed cover

The members of staff were all extremely friendly, the room was quite spacious, modern and clean. The roof top terrace with the pool was perfect to relax and cool off. If I come to Sevilla again, I would stay here without a doubt

The location is very central to most of the major attractions . Plenty of cafes and shop very close by . Access by car is not possible but it’s only a short walk from nearest point . Hop on hop off bus stop close by. Staff were always very helpful

The breakfast could use cereal perhaps and biscuits seemed an odd accompaniment. Fruit is always a good extra

Its design and interior. The room came with a free bottle of champagne. The bathroom in a decent size. Most of the pool area on the roof. I loved how so little people were only using the rooftop, nearly felt like having a private pool. The staff was also very kind 🥰

The room was quite dark, natural light was lacking. I tried all lamps of the room but they were all not very bright. The desk in the room isn’t suitable to work at. The rooftop could be improved, some sunbeds were damaged. The entire rooftop looked like it was still going to be finished. And maybe install a small bar upstairs so guests can orders some drinks? That would make the experience complete

Great location for a short stay in Sevilla. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, etc.

Pool on roof was a bonus given the hot weather. Clean and functional room with modern bathroom. Stay friendly and welcoming.

Rooms are small for the price paid and windows face into courtyard but are comfortable and have everything you need.

Location of this place is fantastic, right in the middle of town. Super easy to get in and out of the hotel/room with the digital codes. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all had a good layout and decent size. Staff are friendly.

The day we checked-in we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Staff were friendly enough and they moved to another room in the hotel very close by for 2 nights. The room was big and clean. Unfortunately one of the windows in this new room did not close, this would normally not be a big deal if it wasn't because this room faces a busy street and there was music until 3am. If you want to sleep, we would not recommend this at all. We spent night 1 and 2 in this room. Night 3: We had been told we could go back to our original room as it has been fumigated but after a couple of hours, we saw the cockroach again in the bathroom (see picture). For night 3, they moved us to a different room in the same hotel building. The room itself was great but it was only available for the night, so early in the morning the next day we had to go back to our oginal room. Nights 4 and 5: we stayed in the room we had booked. We did not see the cockroach again but the first night (night 4) it was difficult to sleep due to the spray products they had used to kill the cockroach - we should not have been sent back to this room if it was not ready. The staff were really friendly and apologetic but in reality didn't make enough of an effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We had booked 1 room for 5 nights and ended up having to stay in 3 different rooms across 2 different hotels. While the location is fantastic, just for this issue alone we would not recommend this hotel. We would have expected that, for the price we paid, more of an effort would have been made to accomodate us in in a cockroach-free room while they dealt with the issue. As we kept moving from room to room, we were not able to relax, unpack and enjoy our trip in the way we had wanted to. It was not very pleasant to be worrying about this issue instead of relaxing and enjoying our trip.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean & lovely room. I was a solo female traveller & felt incredibly safe & like I was at home. The little kitchenette was great for making breakfast or lunch to take out with me.

Room was noisy during the day & until about 9pm as there was a bar right outside. But I wasn’t in the room much so didn’t worry me. Would also have liked slightly more toiletries - shower soap & toothpaste.

Excellent location, perfect spot for just one night in Sevilla, quiet, modern and attractive accommodations, friendly staff gave helpful recommendations for restaurants and a pharmacy, staff also helpful in ordering a breakfast and taxi for us the morning of our departure. Breakfast arrived right on time (6am) and was pleasant.

Shower gel was scarce, towels were small and thin. Floors cold during the winter, would have benefited from a washable rug.

Excellent location in a modern hotel. Passcodes rather than cards or keys used to access the rooms. Convenient having a tap and little kitchenette in the room.

Wonderful location in the historic center of Seville, most points of interest for tourists within 10 minutes walking distance, Plaza de España a 24 minute walk away. Nearby (paid) underground parking, but narrow spaces. Staff was excellent, very helpful with local tips. Good breakfast - big quantity. Stylish interior.

Check-in process a bit cumbersome...we were asked to pre-check-in online, including needing to submit passport images and selfie pictures of our group of 5.
