A solo unos pasos de la playa en la segunda fila de la exclusiva comunidad de Las Conchas. Además, esta casa está ubicada cerca de la puerta de guardia de Las Conchas. Esta hermosa casa de playa de estilo mexicano tiene una elevación natural que permite una vista sin obstáculos al Mar de Cortés. Cuatro de las cinco habitaciones tienen acceso a un patio con vistas a las hermosas aguas azules. En el interior, cuenta con un fascinante techo de ladrillo artesanal de bóveda con cúpula que seguramente te sorprenderá. Acurrucarse con la familia en la auténtica chimenea de azulejos mexicanos mientras escucha el sonido de las olas. Esta casa cuenta con cinco habitaciones con cuatro de las cinco habitaciones con baño en suite para una mayor privacidad. Cuatro camas queen, literas con dos camas individuales y una cama de tamaño completo en la habitación con literas. Además, tenemos un colchón de aire queen y un seccional para dormir adicional. Cene afuera en el amplio patio con el increíble mar como telón de fondo. Esta casa está a solo cinco minutos en coche de tiendas, restaurantes, bares y mercados. Ven a disfrutar de la tradición y la belleza que solo México tiene para ofrecer.

great location, property manager is awesome. House is outdated .

The owner was responsive to our issues but the house was over priced for what you get. It is an older home compared to others in the community and needs some updating. The fridge is old and not large enough to accommodate big groups nor did it keep our food cold enough. The bunk bed in the guest room is nothing but springs, no mattress, some of the mattress’s in the house had no covers so they were dirty with stains. We also had problems with ants in the kitchen everyday. The main problem was the beach in front of the house location is all rocks so we had to drive to a different beach (sandy beach) to swim in the ocean. There is a very sweet kitty on the property that may have been dumped by someone.. None of us were able to take him home sadly. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

The wrong code was given to us..no problem...was emailed the correct code. Tried to warm up food with 15 minutes of arrival and the microwave did not heat. Notified the owner and was told that prior visitors did not mention it and thete were no complaints. What does that have to with my experience and the fact that the microwave did not work. Maybe the prior guests broke it and did not say anything. Light was burned out in upstairs bathroom. The space was good. Slept our entire party. Room with multiple beds was extremely hot. Probably will not stay here again.

Great beach close to town
Martha’s communication was excellent. Small items of concerned were addressed promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Getaway with friends
12 of us stayed comfortably in this house in Las Conchas. It is only one house away from the beach so it was a great location. We liked hanging on the balcony during the evenings because of the view. The owner, Martha, is very good with communication and answering any questions we had. Would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Rocky Point.
