Everything we needed, with a view of the Gulf. Very clean and comfortable. Would return.

If the beach is going to be an integral part of your stay, then this location is perfect. Everything you need for living is in walking distance (Publix, Dunkin’, restaurants, Skinny’s Bar, etc.). We loved how well stocked the beach items were in the garage with chairs, a wagon to haul it, umbrellas, etc. Just fabulous since we didn’t have to bring anything. The property is fine, albeit in an extraordinarily busy location. It is a conga line of cars for about 10 hours on Saturday both directions. You can see the beach from the A deck but it isn’t idyllic over the hum of vehicles. Again, very practical location and fine for us. The inside is VERY spacious and we were happy to be able to spread out. Two bathrooms was nice and the beds were comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans in every room. We had some minor items that I decided not to contact Parvaneh on. The blinds in the master bedroom and one in second bedroom did not work and need replaced (we were able to close them but not functional). The air conditioning did not get the inside (ever) below 78 degrees even though we left it set to 75 as instructed even though it was blowing cold (maybe it was because it was July, IDK). Had to replace a thermostat battery on day 5. The driveway floods when it rains (parking on the stones was the recourse) and is slow to drain off. Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Being a short walk from everything to me was the best part.

We could not have gotten luckier with this choice of property, especially after deciding the day before to take the vacation. Some reviews talked about how hard it is to get in and out of the driveway because of the nearby intersection. Our experience was the complete opposite. Every single time we turned on the car or golf cart and inched forward, cars would stop to let you enter the roadway. The interior of the property was also amazing with stunning views of the beach. This unit had more than enough space for a family of 6(wife, 4 kids and myself). We will certainly be checking availability for this property upon our next trip!

Great location - we enjoyed the property and loved that it came stocked with beach chairs, trolleys to carry everything and a ping pong table that we got a lot of use out of. Inside was very nice, great views and nicely cleaned.

The house is right across from the beach and had a good sunset view right from the deck. The house was stocked well and was very clean. My daughter loved the expresso maker and it was nice to also have a blender. Lots of towels and beach equipment as well. The busy road didn’t bother us as the crosswalk was a really short walk. We would stay here again if coming back to the island.

This place was very convenient! Right across the street from a beautiful beach! The level A unit we stayed in was very nice and well equipped. It had beach towels, chairs, & a wagon! Beds were very comfortable! Beautiful view of the sunset! Other people stayed on the floor above us and we only seen them twice in the week we were there! We would definitely stay there again!

My family and I loved our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic as you're across the street from Holmes Beach. The street is a busy one but there are well marked crosswalks. There's a nice restaurant/bar right on the beach and rentable umbrellas and chairs. Everything was really convenient. You're also close to restaurants and shops and within driving distance of theater, etc. We had a great stay and would absolutely rent it again.

Really convenient and affordable place for me and my husband while transitioning to the Jacksonville area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kind host. Location is good. Across the street from Manatee Beach, House is well stocked. Lots of beach towels and new beach chairs. On a very busy street just have to be patient to cross. Very reasonable rental price for accommodations on AMI. But you get what you pay for. House could use a deep cleaning and minor repairs that we communicated to Parvaneh.

Had trouble with key set, all 4 tvs had to be reset to remotes, kitchen refrigerator needs a water filter according to red light, kitchen pans are primitive, ( 8 frying pans do not a kitchen make, maybe add a Callander, a measuring cup, and some kid of 13 x 9 or pie pan. Great view of Nanatee Beach. But driveway is 50 feet from busiest intersection on the island, necessitating a U turn as you pull in and back up to face the car outwards. Front porch is nice but the traffic is noisy and noxious, condo is well laid out, but bedroom furniture is worn out. A local property manage would help. We had a good time but the above issues the first night were aggravating.

We stayed on the second floor with the third floor above us. It was so nice to have starter soaps and paper products including extra trash bags! The home was very comfortable. Only recommendation would be to have a mirror outside of the two bathrooms. I got by fine using a compact. We brought our own beach things but the ones in the garage looked very nice! Lots of attention to details were evident! Great stay.

We absolutely love this property!! Even though there was a little mix up with the cleaning crew, the property manager was immediately attentive to the problem and resolved the problem in a timely manner. We love the size of this condo as it accommodates all our needs and is close to family, beach and all stores and restaurants! We have stayed here twice and are looking forward to many more memories being made at Holmes Beach!! Thank you for opening your home to us!!

This was our 3rd time staying here and as always, it was a great stay. Parveneh is a great host to work with… very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We did have a tropical storm come through during our stay and had some leaking with that , but the host was exceptional with communicating with us! She compensated us for some things and took care of issues in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone!

House was perfect, when not at the beach or exploring the area, we sat on the deck and enjoyed the outdoors and sunset. Many great restaurants and shopping stores close by. Beach is right across the street!

Our family had an amazing stay! I’m a neat freak so I see everything. The home is clean and very cozy. There is only one thing I wished it had and that would be a tea kettle. I love tea! The location is great. Being across from the beach is so nice. There is traffic but it was easy for us to cross the road. If you have little ones you can walk a little distance to the light. We did have a rental vehicle and it was great to just travel on Anna Maria Island and Long Boat Key. I know the area so we had fun going to some easy to get to places. The Sandbar restaurant on Anna Maria island where we had the best fresh oysters, clams and fish tacos. The restaurant is right on the beach so we stayed on the beach then had a late lunch. The restaurant allows the public to use the restrooms as long as you cover up. We also went to Columbia restaurant in St. Armand’s circle in Sarasota and it also has amazing food. Snapper, black bean soup, stuffed salmon special, paella….. We travelled to Seista Key and beached on the powdered white sand and enjoyed the best Sautéed peel and eat shrimp in garlic, butter and bay seasoning!!!! Anyway, the host is kind and responds quickly to all questions. Beach towels are there and a washer and dryer as well. I do think the kitchen could use a few tea towels for drying off dishes but no big deal as there were paper towels. We brought a puzzled and spread it out on the table and enjoyed sunset at the beach almost every night and it is very quiet at night. Great sleeping and loved my bed. Anyway again! Wonderful trip and we booked again for December! Thank you to our host. Oh! If you have children Mote Marine is great to see as well. It’s a research aquarium 🌊🐬🐠🐟

Cute place right across the street from the beach

Loved that we could walk to AMI cafe across the street. CVS and Publix just down the street. Skinny’s is walking distance, although we never made it there despite our intentions. Blackened fish tacos AMI were wonderful. We walked down the street to 45th beach entrance to meet family and it wasn’t so busy there as compared to the public beach across the street. Overall, we would return for a stay here again!

We loved this property! Being right across the street from the beach was amazing. There was a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, basically everything you need for the beach, which was so nice and saved us money. The host was very responsive. We loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see the ocean and have a nice breeze. The rental had everything we needed for the week. Pravaneh was always quick to respond and helpful. Being able to walk right across the street to the beach and breakfast at the Cafe was wonderful.

Right across the street from the beach, which has its benefits and drawbacks. If you're looking for a quiet stay "away from it all", this is not it...but if you don't mind the traffic this is a great property, and you can walk back and forth to the beach throughout the day. Everything you need for a day at the beach is there, including towels, chairs, a beach umbrella and a wagon. There's a trolley stop right at the beach, so you really don't need a car during your stay. The home is spacious, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out on a rainy day.
