Het zwembad is erg mooi en fijn. Ook de pick up en drop off shuttle service is goed geregeld. Toen wij aankwamen met de ferry werden we opgehaald en hebben we meteen een eiland tour gedaan, dit was ook erg goed geregeld.

Wij hadden waarschijnlijk gewoon veel pech, maar dit is ook zeker te verwijten aan de accommodatie. De eerste dag, nacht en bijna de gehele tweede dag hadden we geen warm water. Pas na 3 keer vragen werd er naar gekeken en bleek het inderdaad kapot te zijn. Er moest een monteur gebeld worden en die kon pas op de tweede dag aan het einde van de middag komen. Toen de monteur geweest was deden alle stopcontacten het niet meer. Aangezien we de volgende dag vertrokken hadden we graag onze telefoons opgeladen aangezien daar de tickets op stonden. Toen we dit in de avond bij de receptie aan gaven, was het antwoord wacht tot morgen. De receptionist kon verder geen Engels en was ook absoluut niet van plan om te helpen. De volgende ochtend werd er bij de receptie ook eerst nog ontkent dat het niet werkte, tot ze kwamen kijken en zelf zagen dat alle stopcontacten het niet meer deden. Er kon heen excuses vanaf. Echt hele slechte service. Ook hadden we een excursie geboekt via het resort naar de eilanden, dit was ook een blamage. De bootcrew kon geen woord Engels waardoor we, ookal hadden we een prive tour, nul zeggenschap hadden qua tijd of wensen. Zeker Balicasag was vreselijk, honderden toeristen om 30 minuten met schildpadden te mogen snorkelen. Alles is begeleid en het is echt duur. Ook hier werd alleen om gelachen bij het resort. Absoluut geen aanrader, genoeg andere resorts in de omgeving!

Room extremely comfortable, with really big and clean bathroom. Good shower. Great restaurant and great staff. They earn extra points for the services they provide at the hotel, such as in-room massages and drop-on and pick up services.

Good stay , nice rooms and clean . Pool was great and clean also ! They have a truck that can drop you at the beach for free and pick up when ready , can rent scooters if needed . Internet very fast also .

The way we were received and welcomed was like never before. The rooms were nice and comfy, the pool was just outside your room to dip in. They have a free shuttle going to Alona beach and back. The owner is really making the difference in this must stay resort. Thanks Daniel and crew!!! Oh and try their ice coffee caramel latte. 😉

Great place to relax away from the crowded Alona Beach. What you see in the resort pictures is what you will get. Big nice pool with blue tiles. Staffs were accommodating and hospitable.

I booked this for my parents and they really enjoyed their stay. I have requested for a birthday greeting room setup and they made it. My parents were so happy.

The staff were really accommodating and always ready to help. We loved the pool. It was also really easy to go in and out of the resort because of their shuttle service.

The pool towels smelled bad like they werent dried properly. There were still sachets of used shampoo on top of the shower divider in our room. The shower heater in my brother's room wasnt working on the 1st night. These are just small things that are tolerable.

Highly recommended... Accommodating staff, great food, spacious room at bathroom, quiet place to stay.

Staff is very nice and glad to help anytime. The location of the hotel is at the end of the alley and the hotel provide one free transportation to the beaches, which is very thoughtful and kind. Our kids love the pool especially, we spent a lot of time just playing by the pool and enjoy the atmosphere and relaxation. Oh the food there is great by the way.

The location is close to the airport and beach. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The food is great. It is very quaint unlike large crowded resorts. You can relax here.

There was a very faint smell when we used the AC, not 100% sure if it came from the AC or the cleaning products.

- Resort is clean and well maintained - Approachable and friendly staff, good service - Minimalist room - Washroom is spacious with 2 sinks - Water dispenser is available in the dining area - Food is amazing with reasonable price. Must try vegetable lumpia, sweet n sour pork, spaghetti bolognese/carbonara - No corkage fee - Location is not far from Alona beach, there's a nice samgyupsal place near the resort.

Very intimate location and close proximity to iconic spots, restaurants. Inclusive of free shuttle to Alona beach, very good food - 💯 value for money.. super friendly staff and very good WiFi

Since place is small, it takes a while for food to be cooked and served all at the same time (I guess this applies since we are a group of 9 pax) Other than that,super love the place and the staff

the layout is nice and there is not too many people there even when fully booked. feels quite modern, good big shower and good toilet.

Low water pressure. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Hard mattress. They charge for blankets - so ridiculous. Van was extremely uncomfortable and not air-conditioned at all. Limited payment options - only cash or online transfer.

Wonderful small resort away from the Chaos of Alona Beach, very nice essential rooms with comfy beds and everything you need ( except maybe for a hair dryer and a bidet) Lovely swimming pool, very well kept garden, eccellent air/con and good wi-fi

We only had the room cleaned once in 4 days and only one of the two bath towels changed: on damp and mostly overcast days like these they never dried

The property is situated in a quiet location but is also very accessible. amenities are clean. staff are very helpful and courteous. will definitely come back here again. such a great experience here. staff go above and beyond.
